This review is for Troy Flowers as an electrician and also Troy and his wife Kelly as general…read morecontractors. First off, Troy and Kelly are very nice people. Unfortunately, Troy as an electrician does not pay attention to detail. I hired him to install a new light and switch in my closet that was tied to the fan in the bedroom. When I went to use it, I realized that in order to have the fan on the light had to be on. He came and fixed it, so not a big deal. But why should I even have had to ask? The second job he did for me was installing a bathroom fan. The fan works well, but upon installation he damaged the ceiling by putting several large divots in the ceiling drywall and leaving pencil marks on the ceiling, and the fan is installed slightly crooked. Obviously there was not attention to detail and he didn't take a look after the installation to see if everything looked good. I was disappointed by his lack of pride in his work. Kelly Flowers was the project manager for a reconstruction after I had a flood at my house. She subbed out all of the work except for the electrical and the only part of the job that was done properly was the flooring. The drywall was incomplete (large gaps were left under the sink where the plumbing enters the wall) and the paint started bubbling up in the bathroom soon after we moved back in; they sent someone out to fix that, but it is still happening and the paint in that bathroom just looks horrible. The plumbing in the bathroom where the original flood took place was leaking the day I moved back into my house! All of the contents of the vanity cabinet were soaking wet When I called Kelly to ask her about it, she directed me to the plumber who tried to push me off for two days because he didn't want to come out on the weekend. I also found that there was a musty smell in my bathroom that was in part due to something else going on with the plumbing in the vanity. When we pulled it out, there was water damage from top to bottom along the back of the vanity and black colored mold at the bottom. I asked Kelly to address this and she is not taking accountability for the wet and moldy vanity. She and the plumber came out to look at the vanity and found something apparently wrong with the sink bowl; they are telling me that that was the problem, but water cannot flow upwards against gravity, so there's no way that it caused the damage which occurred from top to bottom along the back of the vanity. It is more likely a result of the cracked grout along the backsplash that I had them come out twice to fix. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company for electrical services or general contractor services.
