First time customer, and my last time. If you're wanting to buy overpriced, tiny, stale cupcakes,…read morethis is your spot! Don't waste your money! I needed some cupcakes for a gathering, and I saw the reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. I got up early to be there when they opened so I could have a good selection. I was pretty disappointed when I got there and there weren't that many options. I was also surprised at how small they were. The decorative topping is very simple. Then, when they said they were $4 a cupcake, I was even more surprised. If I hadn't made all the trouble to get here and if I didn't really need the cupcakes, I would have gone someplace else. I thought to myself, these better taste amazing. I bought a dozen cupcakes and made sure I got at least one of each flavor. Once I got home, I dug into one, just to see how they were. Once again, I'm disappointed. They don't even taste fresh. WTH?! Now I'm regretting serving the rest of them, because what if they aren't good as well? So disappointed. I got feedback from those at my event and the consensus is these aren't good. All of the cupcakes were dry, crumbled and fell apart when you tried to eat them. What makes matters worse, the owners don't care.

Like the cupcakes she bought a dozen of and refused to share. Don't nothin' ever change? Italian creame and snickerdoodle were the rave of today. It all tastes great, too! I had the Blueberry crumble cupcake and wished I could have two. They have a lot of unique flavours but take caution some things are extremely sweet. Ask first. The young lady that waited on us was friendly and helpful. The crowd wasn't too bad, I suspect it was the crummy weather that kept all the Ohioans inside today.

However my overall experience was disappointing. The staff were not friendly and seemed annoyed when they had to find my cupcake order. After they found my order, they seemed annoyed that I wanted to order a drink. I ordered a matcha latte and it was just okay, but pretty pricey. The cupcakes themselves were severely disappointing. They were extremely tiny for the price. The cake was very dense and off putting. The frosting was also dense. I'm an extreme chocolate lover and did not enjoy the chocolate cupcakes and frosting at all. Everything just tasted very heavy. Their vanilla cake flavor and batter was better. It was slightly less dense and more palatable, but for the price I will not be ordering it again. Due to lack of service and food/drink quality and taste I will not be coming here again. There's better options in Columbus for this price point.

Quaint cupcake shop that start you off with the base cupcake and then you can pick what type of…read morefrostings and extras etc. It's kinda like the Chipotle of cupcakes. My standard for cupcakes are different than the general masses as I feel like the ENTIRE cupcake should be a complete entity taste wise and one component shouldn't outshine the other. For example, the toppings and icing they put on top of the cupcake is STELLAR but the actual bare cupcake itself tastes like one of those cakes box mixes like DUNCAN HINES, or PILLSBURY. The entire cupcake should be good not just one half component of it. Nevertheless they've got all different types of candies, bon bons, they bake wedding cakes, and host private parties so what do I know‍. Apparently DUBLIN loves the hell outta em because it was constant traffic of folks in and outta there making purchases.

I've heard nothing but great things about this cafe, so my expectations were high - I'm happy to…read morereport that this place is worth the hype! We were gifted tickets for the German Village picnic Giftory experience which gave us two macarons of our choosing and two vanilla shortbread cookies for free. We chose the raspberry chambord and pistachio macarons while also ordering two pistachio cloud matchas. All of the desserts were excellent. The raspberry macaron was very fruit forward while the pistachio was more subdued, but still had a spot on flavor. Even with sugar coating the shortbread cookies, the touch of vanilla made them taste light. I could easily see myself eating far too many of those. The star of the show was the matcha. 10/10! I've never had a pistachio flavored drink, so I was a little hesitant, but wow, I'm glad I ordered it! The matcha base wasn't overly sweet nor was the pistachio foam overly salty. Perfect mix of sweet and savory. Even thought the line was out the door, it moved at a decent pace and our drinks didn't take too long to receive. I'd like to try the strawberry matcha next time, but I'm not sure if I can pass up the pistachio Highly recommend!

I think the issue is with the chocolate they use for the mocha but it had such an odd flavor that I couldn't bring myself to finish it. The croissant was fine and not memorable and I won't say too much on the macaron because I think I just realized I'm not really a macaron person so I can't fairly judge them there. The cafe is itty bitty and there is absolutely no seating inside so it's more of a grab and go situation. There are a few seats outside so hopefully you can snag a seat when the weather is nicer. Overall, I think there are a lot of other good coffee shops in Columbus that I don't see myself going out of my way to come back.

When you walk in you pull a number and wait for it to be called. Almost felt like I had walked into the DMV. lol We peeked at the display counters while we waited and tried to have our orders ready when it was our turn to expedite the wait for those after us. There were a few shelves that displayed various cookies, breads and things you could grab and go. The place was clean and the process was orderly. They seemed to keep things in the front stocked. We probably waited about 15 minutes. I pulled number 90 and the were calling the last of the 60's. We ordered several items to try including the packzis with three different fillings since we went at the right time of year for these. We grabbed a cheese, strawberry and lemon. We also chose a cheese danish, maple cream stick, apple fritter, cherry turnover and a donut stick. Once we told them what we wanted the girl helping us went to the back and started filling our box. A few moments later she returned, we paid and headed out the door with our sweets. My husband didn't want to wait so we opened up the box once we got to the car and each took one bite from each of our selections. We didn't find anything wrong with our choices. The one thing I was thrown off by is how they make their apple fritters. I almost missed ordering one bc they look nothing like the apple fritters I'm used to eating. It was just ok in my book. Not something I would get again. The donut stick on the other hand is something I wouldn't miss next time. In fact I'd be getting more than one. It was probably my favorite item of all we selected. The cream stick dough was soft. The cream wasn't too sweet. The only thing I would have changed was to have the maple icing be a bit more maple flavored. The turnover was nice and crispy flakey but the filling was just ok. Maybe a different flavor next time if I would get one. How can you go wrong with a cheese danish? Warm this slightly and you're hitting a home run. This was a nice stop and we learned the difference between what we liked and loved. We know just what to get next time. I will say they have a great social media presence and do a phenomenal job interacting with their customers and community.
