Not what I expected. As mentioned by others, need some additional items to expand the menu. Entrees are expensive considering you have to pay extra for sides like fries (and sauces - see below) separately and that there is no wait staff to serve you. My sandwich seemed on the small side and I didn't get many tots considering I had to pay extra for them The thing that irritated me the most was having to pay extra for ranch. Our mozzarella stick appetizer came, I asked for ranch and was told that I needed to get back into the ordering line to order and pay for the ranch. WHAT?....while my food got cold? I don't care how "homemade" your sauces are that is ridiculous. Especially since you don't have a server who could just add it to the final bill and bring it to you. We went for the first time. Nice atmosphere, but did not like having to order at the counter. I got a flatbread that was cold in the middle like it was frozen ! Not good. My husband got catfish that was not done enough. We only had water and it was still like thirty dollars. Too expensive for what it was. A customer next to us got catfish too and did not like it either. They need to do something or they will not make it unless they depend on the gas station. Maybe that's it! read more

I was really looking forward to trying this new spot and was disappointed. I do want to start by pointing out what went right. The staff was kind and friendly and the restaurant itself was clean and well decorated. The food was the downfall. First, this isn't a sit down and order restaurant which surprised me. You stand at the counter and order. We ordered breakfast for here and we were given a number card and our food was brought to us...entirely in take out containers. I'm not sure what the point is of offering "here or to go" when all of your food is ready for takeaway regardless. I ordered the French toast which was good along with a side of breakfast potatoes (no side of meat as I'm vegetarian). My meal was nothing to write home about especially for the price but it was edible. My friend ordered the biscuits and gravy and barely ate any of it due to how insanely dry the biscuits were. Not even drowning them in gravy could bring them back to life. Overall, the food is overpriced and not good. There's a lot of room for improvement here but the staff and cleanliness is a good start. read more

Amazing food, great environment, always clean restrooms, and quick service makes for a great experience! The Cowboy Killer Burger is our favorite but their breakfast is great too! Oh and don't forget to get their fries and use their signature Spear Sauce. Very reasonable prices and no waiter to tip makes dinner for our family of 7 much cheaper! read more

it seems like they spent all of their budget on the aesthetics of the restaurant and the food was an afterthought. we got the mozzarella sticks, chicken parm sandwich, and the pimento cheese smashburger. the pimento cheese wasn't really pimento cheese, mostly just pimentos. burger was oily and wet from all the grease, and missing condiments. the hush puppies and mozzarella sticks were both cold. my partner liked the chicken parm sandwich but it was really difficult to eat. don't think we're coming back unfortunately. read more

Beautiful building, very nice inside. Very mediocre food, I had a hamburger it was greasy, Caesar salad is always Romain and it was just regular iceberg lettuce which is disappointing. I think the food could be better. I prefer a waitress serving you. I think it could be an excellent place. Just need some improvements , also very cold when the doors are open. read more

My daughter and I stopped in on our way back from the airport. We both had the SR Classic Smashburger, she had fries and I had hush puppies. I also added in a bag of Grippo's, as I had never seen some of the flavors there. I even finished off a dessert cookie. So, for the burger - WOW, total home run. The burger was flavorful, juicy and one of the best I have ever had, nowhere around here can compete with that. That's a lot of burger on a bun there. The hushpuppies were fire too! I was surprised to see those, but so happy. Don't know what the dip sauce was, but get it. It was tasty. Next, the chips...I know they are Grippo, but the color of the bag caught my eye and all I ever see is BBQ - these were Sour Cream and Onion. Flavorful and probably wrecked my breathe, so I had to have a cookie. I tried the Red Velvet and it was really good. I could tell they baked it there. My daughter loved the burger, loved the fries, and even commented on how fresh the lemonade tasted. I had an Ale 8 - only place I have seen where it's on the fountain. Tasted like I remembered. There is a lot to try here, so next time she is in town, we are going there. Not to mention, the place is beautiful. Florence really needed something like this. read more

The food is great. The service is great. The atmosphere is great. The menu is on the smaller side, but this allows them to get orders out quick which I really appreciate. This is a fast casual restaurant so expecting the full sit down experience doesn't make sense. For being fast casual you rarely have to get up if they forgot or you need something. The building looks amazing! You order at the counter, get a number, grab your drinks from the fountain machine, find a seat and within a few minutes your food is delivered to you. They serve very high-quality food with an incredibly friendly staff. Makes you want to keep going back to try more options. I've already been three times: -Goetta Biscuit Breakfast sandwich- It was some of the best breakfast I have had in a very long time. I'm a bit of a coffee snob and have it say it was very good. Perfectly crisp goetta came out on a large fluffy biscuit with a fried egg. I have been craving it ever since. -Cuban -Classic cuban with a little spice on a nice roll, can't go wrong. I got it with a side a perfectly crisp tater tots. -Buffalo chicken sandwich- Huge piece of tender chicken with very good sauce on toasted bun. Got a side of onion rings, good portion nice and crispy. They even serve Ale 8 in the fountain machine! read more

Tried it once, never going back. You order at the register and they bring the food to you. This "fast casual" restaurant looks nice inside but that's the only positive. Kids got orders of chicken strips and fries. Chicken looked and tasted like off brand frozen chicken strips you buy at Kroger. Chicken was burnt and had no flavor. The kids ate the fries, but said they were just okay. My hamburger had giant slices of raw red onion that I removed. Burger had no flavor or seasoning. It was just okay. Onion rings tasted like the frozen kind that they just put in fryer. My husband ate his Cuban sandwich and said it was just okay. Same with the hush puppies. Nothing is homemade or fresh. Pretty sure everything is frozen and they just heat it up. They charged $1.60 for 2 sides of barbecue sauce to go with the chicken! Overall we spent $73 on a place with zero service, plastic forks and self service drinks. We threw away both orders of chicken as it was inedible. read more
