When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2.
