I was swayed by the high rating, numerous pictures on Yelp and good solid reviews. There was one bad review but I think that was a misunderstanding with the type of license held. S & A works with a licensed Contractor on larger jobs but by themselves on smaller jobs. Gerardo was very punctual, he came out to review the job, sent me a quote, schedules the job, showed up at the date and time committed, did all of the repairs, did the post repair pressure test to ensure no other leaks, cleaned up and took payment upon completion of the job. They are a small company but do excellent work, very honest, professional and deserve a 5 star rating. They will be my go to company for any repairs needed in the future.
