When I initially considered Spectra Pest Control, I was hesitant because it only had one review. Since they were willing to come asap, I gave them a chance. When I mentioned the "one review" concern, I was informed oddly the reviews are constantly removed and it defaults to one review. It's true. My review came down less than a week after writing it. SO I am reposting and will continue to check and repost if necessary. Kevin is amazing and deserves all the 5 star reviews that have been taken down and listed as "unrecommended". Super happy with this service! I had flying ants and regular ants suddenly appear in my kids bedroom out of nowhere. I called Kevin late afternoon and he came out first thing the next day and treated the problem. We had a centipede the size of Texas crawl across our kitchen floor and an incredible ant infestation that was giving us all nightmares! Store products were not even making a dent! I called Spectra almost hysterical with frustration. Kevin came out and had shoe covers! He assessed our ant nightmare, counseled us about his product and procedure and then got to work! After we got the raccoon out of the yard, I called a few exterminators that couldn't come out for a week or two. I then called Spectra, and Kevin came out within a day to treat the problem. I used Spectra for my home to help combat spiders and ants. I didn't want to use my yard with so many spiders! And I could not get rid of the ants in my kitchen. I was able to schedule service at a weekend time that was best for me. Kevin serviced my home inside and outside and he was great! He knew exactly how to handle each problem and also explained to me the behaviors of ants and spiders. This helps in understanding how to eradicate them and find their nests.
