If this is how they treat new customers i would hate to see how id get treated as one. I wouldnt make the switch if I were you. Horrible service. I watched them on my cameras, pull up in an unmarked vehicle, a regular sedan. I saw them move the car up in front of my house and then back up, like they were trying to view my backyard. They never got out of the car. I thought they were they were Amazon because I saw the Amazon delivery guy come while this was all taking place. As the Amazon guy was leaving, my phone rang and it was this company calling me to ask me if I was home. She said they didn't think I was home. How would they know that if they didn't come to the door to let me know they were there? They asked me to meet them outside. I met them outside and it was two women, which I felt was odd. While she pointed to the front lawn, she told me that if I want them to "mow my lawn" it would be $300, and if I wanted them to pull my weeds up, it would be $900. What? That's the most ridiculous price I've ever heard. Not to mention, she didn't say if this price was for both the front lawn and the back yard, which they never even asked to see, or just the front yard, but either way, I would not pay that ridiculous price. Obviously, they have little experience because you cannot "mow" my lawn. I don't have a lawn; my yard is rocks with grass and weeds that have grown around the yard. Maybe if they had gotten out of their car, they would've seen that. But again, as I said in the beginning of this review, we had a weird conversation and I had, at that time, informed them that I had rocks in my yard. I told them that that was way too expensive and I wasn't paying that. So they left. I would never hire these people.

Well I had an unfortunate encounter. I was running late to…read moremy appointment that was at 11:45 I was going to get there at 11:57 most doctor places gives a 15 minute grace period which I really needed. so I called as I was on the way I asked if it was okay if I got there a bit late and she asked me for my information and put me on hold. I was half way there then another girl answered restarting the process. she then says "yeah I'll have to see cause he might have to get to the ones that make it" I felt that that was an unnecessary comment but I just said OK and then got put back on hold. Then I wait again and when I was right around the corner, she picks back up and says yes we have to reschedule you. I told her I was two minutes away, just at that light and she just said yeah cause the doctor has to get to the other patients. so she was in the middle of getting my information again to reschedule while I was already in the parking lot. I'm 15 minutes late and the appointment would've taken 30 minutes. So they benefited off of me being late getting in sooner. Rather than just having to wait a little bit. There could've been other patients later in the day that would've canceled getting everything back on track which is why I figured most places were fine with the 15 minute Grace period, but I know some places don't go by that so just wanted to get on here to basically tell yall if yall do run late more than like it'll be better to reschedule. I try not to be late, but in the misfortunate event I ended up late... I was just hoping for at least a better interaction. I still rescheduled because I have no ill way towards them. I'm just leaving a review on my encounter.
