I've always loved T-Mobile…read moreservice I do have one complaint recently my husband's phones have been STOLEN luckily We got insurance on the phones unfortunately when my husband tried to submit the claims on 3 separate occasions each time took a minimum of 2 to 3 hours he was told that there's nothing that they could do and to call there hotline the first thing that they asked was the model number to the phones that had been STOLEN . We do not have possession of the phones to give them that information the second thing they asked was for verification code to be sent to the phones that were STOLEN again we do not have possession of the phones to give them the information either we bought these insurance's to protect our devices My husband's phones have been missing now for three weeks The only thing left for us to do is to go to a T-Mobile store to see if they could fix thisunfortunately through this entire ordeal my husband has been in the hospital so we have to wait until he's discharged which could take another three days now we're continuing to pay for two phones they cannot be replaced and for services that are no longer being used by us your workers are wonderful but your insurance is useless spending 2 to 3 hours on a hospital line to access insurance that we paid for just to be told that there is NOTHING that can be done is maddening

Super nice guy and extremely knowledgeable with new products coming out, cases, and helping diagnose problems. I went to CIR today for two reasons. First, I dropped my son's Kindle, and of course it didn't have the case on it when I did so the back cover in the corner near where the lock button is dislodged and I couldn't lock/unlock the Kindle or access the volume buttons. I actually thought that the buttons flew off when I dropped it. Then, a while back I noticed a faint scratch on my iPhone 13 screen and when I messaged CIR on Yelp, they gave me the best price for an OLED screen so I said might as well kill two birds with one stone and go to CIR. When I came in on a Saturday afternoon, Freddy was working alone and told me they don't work on Kindles, which makes sense since they're so cheap and you might as well just buy a new one instead of pay to repair it. He agreed to take a quick look at it and with a tool I didn't have at home was able to quickly snap the back cover back into place and the Kindle works again! It turns out the buttons didn't fall off, they were just blocked by the dislodged screen so that fix took a minute or less. Then it was time for the iPhone. Freddy told me the scratch was on a screen protector which -- as hilarious as this may sound -- I had no idea I had because I bought the phone used. So instead of a $159 screen repair, he stopped what he was working on and quickly installed a new, better-quality screen protector which cost me $15. I was out in less than five minutes. Again, big thanks to Freddy for his honesty and going above and beyond to help me out! I'm truly grateful and will be back to CIR the next time I need a phone or tablet repair.

Krystal was knowledgeable, professional yet personable, knew the most efficient way to get what I needed done, asked the right questions, was patient, and I could tell her quiet confidence came from her wealth of knowledge about all things Verizon!
