Having to wait 45 minutes to exchange a remote is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to wait this long or have to make an appointment to make a simple exchange. Time Warner was so much better and made exchanging equipment simple and easy. Spectrum is just ridiculous. And this store moves at a snail's pace. read more

Waited over an hour to have my bill printed out. Why are there only two people working during the day? Gave up my whole lunch hour for something that took 2 mins to print. They need to separate the customers under what there needs are. Makes me want to cancel my service read more

These other reviewers must have gone during peak hours. I went here yesterday and there were 5 people ahead of me. I was in and out within 25 minutes, which is not bad. Good luck going to the DMV and getting in and out in 25 minutes... They were friendly and the interior was nice. No complaints. read more

This company is horrible when it comes to customer service. I keep getting calls from different phone numbers trying to sell me services I DON'T want or need. I said put this number on their internal DO NOT CALL list but they keep calling anyways. In their terms of service section 14 part B it says that if our number is on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST they are not to call guess their employees don't know their own rules. I requested for an installation on Wednesday January 8th I'm here waiting for the Spectrum guy to come at the exact time they have me. I carry my baby into the house and I can see him coming in the truck from a distance he parks next to the curb sits in his truck doesn't bother getting out to search for the exact address reminder he's SITS in his TRUCK looking around and then ends up driving off. When I called to question about why he didn't come in to install my internet and ends up driving away they respond with "oh he said he knocked on the door and called for you guys but no one came out" - WHAT?!? that's total bullshit. I explained to them what happened they said "really?!!? We are professional that's a first" so I respond with an I getting my internet installed?? And they made me reschedule for January 11th any time from 5 to 6pm I'm at the house waiting at 4:45 and NO ONE LITERALLY NO ONE. Calls NO ONE shows up. What type of customer service is this? Literally unprofessional. Full of shit. I'm disappointed and they'll be charging for an installation service??? That's just bullshit. read more

This isn't about the store, it's about the service. They're f'ing clueless. They don't know anything. For the last 4 months, when I try to pay my bill online, I get an error: Unable to process payments. For FOUR MONTHS. When I call in, after waiting the 20 minutes or more to talk to a rep, they don't know anything. It's so stupid. I have no problem making financial transactions on countless web sites, but the stupid internet provider can't figure it out. The last time I called the guy said he created a ticket, after about 10 minutes of back and forth, and said someone would call me within 24-48 hours. No surprise, no one called. Went in to get "starter kit" the employees showed no respect and made it seem as if they didn't want to help me, when I stated that I was just there for my starter kit a lady helped me and gave me a bag with 2 boxes in it, I asked it if was everything I needed to set up my WiFi, she said yes everything you need is in the box, but when I got around to setting it up, I was missing key wires. So now I don't get WiFi tonight like I wanted and I get to drive back and deal with the idiots here again. You guys suck lol read more

Yes during these difficult times of coronavirus and most companies are on board with helping people who have to stay home and have lost their jobs, but alas, this is untrue for Spectum Cable. They are unforgiving and you must pay your bill come hell or Highwater. There's absolutely no compensation for a person on a fixed income who is totally reliant on their cable service and can't pay the bill because she's out of her job. So those of us out here who fall under that category want to thank Spectum Cable Who claims that they want to help and give back by providing service, but you're not giving that service for free. We're helping to provide Service and we want our customers to stay safe while we're not helping them. We just want them "to pay their bill " so we can stay as one of the richest cable companies in America. Also thank you Spectrum for putting me on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to a representative and only after 20 minutes being automatically disconnected by the representative and never called back.....thank you so much for the wonderful service you are providing. This office is a joke. It is so sad to see the lack of customer service these two customer service representatives have. There is no sense of urgency. They act like they are doing you a favor. Which is hilarious because we are the reason they have jobs. All they are doing is taking advantage of the senior citizens. It is disgusting to see how they treat the elderly. Most of these people are retired and have limited means. Trying to sell services that don't even work. My internet was down everyday at 2pm and 6pm. They do that so you can upgrade your current speed and pay more money. Spectrum is no better changing their name from time warner which had the worse ratings didn't make any difference!! Service still sucks! Customer service and product! Stay away from spectrum and this cypress office. It should be negative - s. Money hungry company. They charged for a full month of service even though you didn't use the service and returned equipment. Cancel 5 days before your billing cycle and take equipment back the same day day or they will charged a full month even though you had no service. Disgusting doing business with spectrum. WORST Cable provider ever! Exorbitant pricing too! I never know if my TV is going to work when I turn it on in the morning. Half the time it doesn't & I have to do the 'machinations' to re-boot it as I had learned from their 'Automatic voice repair'! (unplug & wait 10 minutes or so & try again!) NOW, I have been without ANY TV since Monday (2/1/20) & cannot get a service call until SUNDAY (2/7/20) Internet gets 'jumpy' & often have to shut down & re-start. All of this ADVERTISED 'excellent service' only costs me $190.00 per month!! The ONLY reason I have stayed with them is because I can get my land-line phone included, whereas with other Providers, I'd have to contract separately with a phone company. Being a 'Senior' with hearing impairment, I need my amplified land line (Cell phones don't have the volume) were it not for that, Spectrum would be HISTORY!! If none of the above applies to you, choose ANY Cable provider other than Spectrum! Worst provider EVER! read more
