A battery is one thing, but a cracked screen with no haptic on my daily driver phone is a hard stop, so I figured I would give this place and try and see what the price and turnaround time would be... they had my phone ready in an hours time, and at a price that was more than fair for their time, expertise, and simply having the part ready and on-hand for installation. He ran a diagnostic test on my iPhone and found that one of my front camera lenses was broken (not found) AND that my battery's capacity is only at 65%. Did he tell me about this? No. I didn't find out until yesterday when I had to pay for a new battery. If Mohammad would've told me about the diagnosis my insurance would've replaced my iPhone with a newer one! But instead, he decided not to say anything. He just replaced my broken screen and sent me on my way; KNOWING that I was about to cancel my insurance. I'm so mad.
