My wife and I have been in and out of our local T-Mobile store recently while looking for a new phone. After several visits, she finally found the perfect one, and I felt it was important to take a moment and recognize the outstanding service we received. This gentleman Alex helped us in so many ways from setting up and programming the phone to making sure everything was updated and working properly. He truly went above and beyond in every sense of the word. It honestly felt like he would give you the shirt off his back if it meant helping a customer. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years, and the level of support, care, and dedication this employee brought to the table is exactly why I continue to stay with T-Mobile. Employees like him make a huge difference and remind customers why loyalty matters. So we came in and it took a couple minutes to even be acknowledged or put onto the waitlist. I guess they should really have like a sign in iPad or something instead of having a person because if they're helping someone they can't really greet another person without being rude to you know either or. My mom wanted to get a new iPhone, but she really wanted it in sage green and the associate who helped us. She was like oh well we don't have sage green in stock but you can check Apple and what's awesome about Apple is that you know they can waive some kind of fee, which made me really happy to hear that she wasn't like trying to be pushy to buy the phone there. I was trying to tell mom that we can get her a case and the case color would really matter the color we left we came back and we got the phone in another color. We also took advantage of getting accessories. recently purchased a new iPhone, Apple Watch, and iPad from this T-Mobile location. When I got home, I realized the iPad did not have a flash, which is essential for my work. I was genuinely surprised it lacked such a basic feature, so I called and later visited the store to return it. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When we spoke over the phone, the store manager, Evelyn Lopez, told me that I should educate myself first. When I arrived at the store and expressed my concern, she was dismissive and rude. Her exact words were "Get over it, you're paying the restocking fee." I explained I was willing to pay more for a different iPad that had what I needed, but her attitude made that impossible. I also mentioned that the entire reason customers come into a store is to get guidance--otherwise, we would just order online. Eventually, after I insisted on returning all the devices, she said she would waive the fee this time, but continued to place blame on me for not knowing every spec of the device I was sold. This is not how customers should be treated, especially when they are spending a significant amount of money and trusting the staff for guidance. I was ready to upgrade to a more suitable iPad and remain a loyal customer, but Evelyn's disrespectful behavior has left a very bad impression. read more

I came to get assistance to get my iPhone repaired last week and the place was packed during the holidays, of course. Blanca had her super cape on and looked up my warranty. This store and it's employees are an absolute joke. Do not waste your time coming here. I came in on Sept 20 to switch services from Verizon. I was promised $1000 credit on a new phone, $200 gift card in store credit, and $375 credit for trade in, and a free Apple Watch. Sounds great. I was told my new phone was pre ordered for me, and would be available for me to pick up in the evening Sept 22. This was all promised by Arturo. Once I arrived to pick up my phone I was told they sold out, even though they told me I had pre ordered and it would be ready for me. At this point they are telling me another store about 20 minutes away had a phone they could give me. So I drive there and wait about 25 minutes to be seen. This store tells me they haven't had any phones all day. So I go back on Monday and speak to the manager Ash. He apologized for all the inconvenience, and offered to order the phone to the store to be held for me. He also offered to credit me the taxes on the phone. He placed the order and told me I would be called when it arrives at the store and that I would pay the taxes when I pick it up, and have the taxes credited on my account. I wait about a week, then receive an email that my order has been canceled. So I go back to the store.. again.. and I am told that the order never went through because the manager made a mistake by not charging me the taxes when the order was placed. I was also told that the promotion has ended and that they would not honor it. I've been waiting three weeks! I have been paying service on this watch that I can't even connect to my old phone because it doesn't work properly. I will be switching back to Verizon immediately. I'll be honest, the last time I had to trade my phone in at a T-Mobile, it wasn't a pleasant experience (totally different location, and it's since closed down) so, I was anticipating it to be the same today. What a pleasant surprise - we had Brenda today and she exceeded all our expectations. So knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She was nothing short of amazing. We traded both our phones in and got new iPhone 16 Pro Max and also both got new Apple Watches. Tony also helped us out since we had so many devices to get dialed in and updated. Honestly, it was like being around friends. They answered all our questions, were patient and got us completely set-up. The team (Andrew, Ash, Terry and Jordan) have been great, especially Andrew & Ash. Andrew did a great job writing down all the information I needed when I was comparing my current services and various options instead of just saying 'look it up' or take a 'photo of this' like the guy at Bella Terra. He helped me make the best decisions on phones, watches, plans and how it compared to my plan at Verizon. He got me some great deals and pointed out I even qualified for an extra free phone and line. Ash was also great helping me fix some technical & account issues came up later. He always seemed to know what needed to be done and how to do it. He knew more than most of the Customer Service /Tech support people and am thankful T-Mobile has someone like him I can work with on-site! Blanca deserved this review in so many ways. She 'helped' me in store today. I use that term very loosely. Now I get to help her understand consequences and customer service. What a day for both of us! After she pulled up my account, she refused to explain my past due balance. I asked multiple times, in different ways as well. It was like talking to a child who hears you but is not listening. She cut me off and just said whatever she felt like letting out of her mouth, regardless of relevancy. I even had to resort to, "You're not answering my question." Her reply was that I should call customer service for an answer. I pointed out that she is a customer service representative and I am asking her in person right now. She huffed like a toddler not getting their way. Then I received, "Anything else?" Somehow, I dared to try again. I asked to see her screen so I could read the information myself and perhaps answer my own question. She literally showed me the screen for two seconds and then flipped it back. I asked to read it, she gave me the two second flip again. I reached out to hold the screen in place and she screeched, "Don't touch it!" I was shocked by her behavior. It was not rational. All the other employees were laughing at her. Everyone in store was staring at this point. She did not seem ok. I finally gave up and walked away to another employee who resolved my question in under one minute. Blanca, I don't know who hurt you but it wasn't me. Maybe you should seek professional help? You seem like you need it.
