I would give zero stars if I could. I've spent more time in this store over the last month than I ever wanted to. Two phones on my account died within three weeks of each other, even though they were only about a year and a half old. When the second phone died, I was told I could turn in both phones for a bill credit of $480 per phone--any phone, in any condition, even if it wouldn't turn on. I hadn't turned in the first phone yet, so I specifically asked if I could bring them both in together. I was told yes. I received this same information from the same employee on multiple occasions, and another employee confirmed it as well. I had to come back another day because of an iCloud issue, but I was reassured several times that I'd receive the $480-per-phone credit. For context, I had already paid off both old phones and purchased two brand-new phones outright because I'm done dealing with financing and monthly device payments. The employee knew this wasn't a financing or upgrade situation. When I returned the next day, the same employee suddenly told me the system was only showing $80 per phone. I reminded her that she had repeatedly told me it was $480 per phone for any phone in any condition. She admitted that's what she had told me but claimed her computer "must have glitched." Mistakes happen. Had she simply acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and tried to find a reasonable solution, I would have understood. Instead, there was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Even the managers standing nearby offered no assistance. She had me call the trade-in department while I was still in the store. The representative explained that the type of bill credit I'd been promised doesn't even exist. I had the employee explain directly to him that she had told me "$480 per phone, any condition." She confirmed that she had, yet nothing was done to resolve the situation. I later contacted the loyalty department hoping they would offer some type of courtesy credit or retention incentive given that I had been clearly misinformed. They offered nothing. At this point, I'll be canceling my account and taking my business elsewhere based on principle alone. If this is how long-time customers are treated after being repeatedly given incorrect information, they clearly don't value customer retention. The one bright spot was Andrew (Drew), who helped me the first time I came in with my son's phone. He seemed knowledgeable, professional, and actually knew what he was doing. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. Based on my experience, too many employees are providing inaccurate information, and when those mistakes cost customers time and money, no one seems willing to take responsibility. read more

Extremely Unethical Sales Practices - Go Elsewhere I have never been so seriously wronged by a business in my life. My experience at this AT&T store was a masterclass in deception and unethical sales practices. I initiated a standard iPhone upgrade with a trade-in for credit directly through my AT&T account online. I chose this location for pickup, thinking it would be simple. Instead, I walked into a trap. Upon arrival, the staff didn't want to honor my online order. They lied straight to my face, telling me that it was a business account so they CANCELED MY PRE-APPROVED UPGRADE AND TRADE-IN. They then turned around and sold me the same phone at full price, completely destroying the financial benefit of my upgrade and trade-in deal. The deception went deeper. Later, when I logged into my AT&T account, I discovered MULTIPLE UNAUTHORIZED ADD-ONS charged to my monthly bill. I never approved these. They were slipped in during the confusion, a sneaky tactic to increase their commission. I had to spend HOURS on the phone with AT&T corporate customer service to untangle this mess. Thankfully, the corporate team confirmed this store acted improperly. They had to: Remove all the unauthorized add-ons the store slapped on my account. Issue me a return label and paperwork to send in my old device for credit. In my experience, this location engaged in highly unethical sales tactics. They sabotage online orders to benefit themselves at customers' expense. They are dishonest, predatory, and I believe they should be shut down. DO NOT PICK UP ORDERS HERE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. Go to a different store, order online, or use a carrier that doesn't tolerate this behavior at their retail locations. You have been warned. read more

AT&T as Business is HORRIBLE. They always promise you one thing but when you finally get your bill it is COMPLETELY different...always to their favor not yours. They have very deceptive sales practices, they have you electronically sign a million forms that no human in their right mind would sit down and take 8 hours to read through come to find out later that they signed you up for all these add-ons for extra fees. They were so bad that in order to avoid a class action lawsuit they had to change their sales practices for people to opt-in for additional services after a scripted speech. Don't fall for the free upgrade deal either, it is a sham...they get you to take a new phone and all you have to do is send in your old phone...well "SURPRISE" they say they never got your old phone so now you have to pay for the new one, fortunately I called them out on it because I had my tracking number, when I gave it to them they suddenly found it. Unfortunately, both my sons sent in their phones but they didn't keep the tracking number so now I have to pay for their new phones. It's a racket and all planned out, because they won't take your old phone back in their store, you have to send it in. Don't even bother to call their customer service line, I was on hold for 30 minutes only to get someone who barely spoke English to waste 20 minutes of my time explaining the issue then to be transferred to a supervisor were I had to wait on hold again for 30 minutes then he only spoke slightly better English, after 30 minutes on the phone with him he couldn't resolve the issue either....Awesome I spent 2 hours on the phone with no resolution. Not sure what to give for stars, but husband turned phone in at the store for the $1100.00 credit towards new phone. Diego took the phone, never gave a receipt, said he would email and never emailed. Went on vacation, ATT still hasn't received confirmation that the phone was received, the manager of the store said that he can't help us and that we have to wait for Diego to come back from vacation which is past the due date for the phone to be turned in for the credit. Aware of the scam !!! I ordered internet here and was told the equipment would arrive the next day. I explained I just moved here and need for my business and they guaranteed me. I told him my main goal is to lower my bill and he told me he can't help me at all. The only good people at this store are Sam and Clifton. I came in to upgrade my phone and the sales associate helping me couldn't even figure out how to do an iPhone to iPhone transfer. She tried to blame it on me and say that my iOS was out of date, despite me being updated to iOS 17 at the time. It turns out she just didn't turn the Bluetooth on for my phone. In addition, I left my phone at the store to do the transfer and I said I would return in a couple hours. When I got my new phone and old phone back (they weren't able to successfully complete the transfer in that time), I noticed that my new phone screen was scratched. They had placed my old phone on top of the new one and scratched it. One of the employees tried to blame the scratch on me, but Sam, the assistant manager, ordered me a new phone and waived the restocking fee. However, they then added protection to my phone without even asking me if I wanted it. I came into the store to rectify this problem and waited over 40 minutes before someone could even see me. Luckily, Clifton was very helpful and kind about the situation and was able to take off the insurance and answer my questions. I'd only come back to interact with Clifton or Sam. We literally had to explain it to this girl four times and then at that point she kept asking us the same question over and over so we're probably up to seven or eight times on the same thing. Talk about frustrating. Apparently they have two accounts on us one for our Internet and TV and the other for our cell phones. Why that is we don't know since we did one large package. We showed our IDs we have our cell phones in hand we get codes and then she asks for my business EIN number are you kidding me like it's in my back pocket to change a phone number on our personal accounts. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT&T's Billy knocked it out of the park today. I wanted help with an account and stopped by their retail store in Huntington Beach (Adams/Brookhurst) today. Another customer was being assisted when I arrived. Yet, soon enough it was my turn - but not before the current customer left with a smile on her face and her service dog rewarded. Next! Billy came over greeting me with a sincere smile and welcomed me to the store. "How can I help you today?" "Billing!" "Ok, let's see what we can do..." In short order, Billy quickly assessed my situation, offered me an outstanding solution and is now saving me $30 a month. The entire transaction lasted mere moments. I was sure I was missing "the catch." The only catch - making this AT&T customer happy. He showed me exactly what was being changed - the pros and cons - before "pressing the button." Went to add a line to my phone on 2/2025. Was quoted 118.00 total for my plan. Get the bill it's 151.00. I called them and said that's not the price I was quoted. They basically said to bad. Sorry. They did a bate and switch on me. Their charging me 800.00 a year just on the second line. Said if I cancel the plan I have to pay up front for the whole thing. Don't come here. All ATT stores are a pain. But this one is the worst. Customer service is not only slow but also rude. They try to rush you out. I've been here twice - lesson learned from the first visit. I came "prepared". And STILL I have extra services and charges from the visit. Some I specifically denied when asked. All of these started on 6/14 - they day I visited this location. Extremely frustrating and a waste of additional time and energy fixing it all. Billy was very helpful calling David, who is the store manager, finding out if David could come to my home and help me. David came to my home and helped me install the equipment. The following day, after I made a mistake, Dean came to my home, and helped me solve my problem. I did not want to call ATT to cancel my old service, so I went back to the store for help. Morelia helped me cancel my old cable service. I have had WiFi and cable from many other companies, but nothing to compare to the people in this ATT store. The absolute worst experience in my 56 years on this planet. I sent my son to this store after he graduated high school. It was his first experience getting his own new phone service as he was planning to drive across the country to go to school. He went to the AT&T store and spoke to a salesperson who offered him service on his phone for 65.00 a month plus a free new phone upgrade. That ended up not being the case. They sold him a business account with a whopping 369.00 monthly bill. Now my son is in another state so I have to fix this for him. Literally, 4 days on the phone between his father and I. 6 phone calls ranging from the minimum of 1 hour to the maximum of almost 2 hours. We got sent to one person, then another department, and then another who would disconnect us then we would have to start the whole process over again. By the third day, I saw the game and I was able to document the phone numbers of the different departments they were sending me to so I could tell them not to transfer my call because that department couldn't cancel the account. After 4 days and countless hours on the phone literally cancelling a fraudulent sale, I was able to close the account. 1 week later I get a bill for over 100.00 in fees for the service for the 4 days of use as I was trying to cancel it. So in the end, they won and they did get money from me. Never ever again will I support this company or their products. Even if they are the only service in town I will give up using a cell phone before I ever give AT&T my business ever again...especially this store. read more
