It was fine when the snow was on the ground but I've been having to move it around each time I mow my lawn now. I've called them repeatedly to have them bury the line and they've given me three dates now that came and went, and aside from the initial visit, where they texted me saying they couldn't bury the line because of snow, the other two dates came and went without giving me a reason. I've been calling them every month now having them give me full credit for each month the job remains unfinished.

Then out of the blue, zero services - no Internet (we have jobs and kids who need access for school) and since TV came over the line, none of that either. Every morning, noon and evening I'd get a text saying restoration of service by X (i.e. 4pm the same day). After a day or two that showed itself to be a straight lie. No human to talk to on the phone, either. This baiting fraud went on for two weeks until we switched back to Spectrum. They owed me $7.01 per their recurring bill and kept it for months and months instead of just sending me a check. Eventually they sent a prepaid MasterCard I never requested containing my $7.01 which, if I activated, screwed me over with annual fees, etc. I finally got in touch with someone in the Philippines who said they'd send me a check; haven't gotten it yet - been about a week. Frontier is about the worst company with which i've had the displeasure of doing business. Shady and unfair business practices at every turn, in my view. Stay always unless you're a masochistic glutton for punishment. Consider yourself warned.

We recently updated all of our phones and added Phone Answering Service App. It was the best decision we could have made. Franklin at FTS customized our recorded greetings to go on at specific times, as our office hours vary, this ensures that our patients can reach a medical professional at any time, which is incredibly reassuring to our patients and us. Our new office phones have great features, but the best is the mobile app, we are able to go on exchange by changing a setting in app from our cell phones (no more worrying about forgetting to put phones on exchange, or thinking "did I put us on exchange?!"). Through the app we are able to call patients from our mobile phones without showing our phone number, the number that shows on caller ID is our business name and phone. This comes in handy when we work remotely. I highly recommend FTS, Franklin and staff. Great customer service and prompt attention. The call handling is efficient, and the staff are knowledgeable and professional.

Our IT Consultant recommended DigiLink and during our preliminary meetings with them, we grilled them mercilessly with how they would handle each and every nightmare situation that we had been dealing with. Finally assured that they were the ones, we committed to an entire new phone system - no small commitment. We have never looked back. Let's talk customer service first. When there's an issue and you call DigiLink - their easy voice navigation system gets you to a live person - in record time! Their incredible desire and commitment to resolving an issue is textbook perfect. Technical mishaps happen. Upstream carriers fail and that has a rippling effect. But it's how DigiLink responds that was what mattered. They communicated their progress and followed up to make sure all was back to normal. They never lost their personal touch even as I saw them grow which is what should happen. Throughout the years, our commitment with them grew. We added additional sophisticated systems and with their incredible service, there is no downtime to complain about.     Switched plan from one company to this. Was told we qualify for this program even if someone…read moredoesn't have good credit or social. I needed to activate 2 phones that were shipped in as well. I had been without a phone for 5 days. Upon being helped we were told if we didn't have an account number from T-Mobile they couldn't help us. She later asked for Social Security number which I told her my previous company said I didn't need to provide one or have good credit for this promotion. She replied with "oh Ok" . She asked for ID and after a few minutes, returned back the ID and said that the last name did not match the account so we had to go home call customer service to update our last name and then go back into the store. When we call customer service they said the representative from store had to call customer service herself to verify that the person in front of her was the one making the account changes. Customer service advised we go to a t mobile store with expertise experience which I did. When I went in and explained everything she said they always get complaints from this store, she also said the lady from this century location could've asked for a second identification method which proved the first name matched and the last name was different (proving it was the same person). All of this was just so messy and it caused frustration over the last name. I was sent home with instructions to call customer service only for customer service to tell me this could've easily been done IN STORE. Caused me a third drive to a different location that had competent workers. PS. The account number she was asking for in the beginning?? she could've easily said it was the temporary phone numbers of the lines I was activating. -- although I didn't get a name, I can describe her as short Latina with round glasses. There was another way taller lady with glasses, it wasn't the taller gal unfortunately I didn't get a name.
