    Spectrum offered Paramount plus but could never get it activated. Horrible service with lots of costs. Customer service horrible.

    This has to be the worse T-Mobile location for so many reasons. The staff is incompetent for…read morestarters. I am going to focus this review on my experience with an employee named Joey. The most passive aggressive rude and disrespectful employee I've encountered. How about I had to tell this man 3 times to go to the back and find my phone that he swore up and down was not delivered only to come back out after look 3 with my phone. How about stop being lazy. Then the entire encounter was riddled with a condescending tone and passive aggressive attitude and speech. Making rude comments left and right. The only reason I didn't go all the way off was because I had been waiting 10 days already for my replacement phone and he wreaked of bitchmade tendencies and he would have tried to do something to extend the already horrible experience and process. Next another employee puts my screen protector on completely wrong, bubbles, lifting, crooked so I had to go back again after 10 days waiting and a 4 hour in store experience. Only to encounter Joeys rude ass again. Fire him already. His smug tone and facial expressions are going to get him in a lot of trouble . Overall horrible experience. Not to mention the entire staff was Hispanic in a predominantly black community and rude. I witnessed customer come in while staff sat around and talked/laughed with each other for a good 3-5 minutes before acknowledging customers. I'm not a fan. This is not okay. The team needs new leadership and training and Joey needs to go IMMEDIATELY!

After promising me a phone to be…read moredelivered in two days (even when I was going to go with a suitable model in store) I show up only to be told that my phone may be, MAY BE shipped in 2 weeks. The manager Erick then tried to act tough in front of the female staff, because I was not delighted to agree with the bait and switch they tried to pull on me. So I remain seated while he stands over me telling me, a Black Man, to "Calm down." That racism train is never late. Thanks ATT&T. You are better off going somewhere else. Anywhere else. The staff here if offensively obtuse. If I could leave negative stars I would. If I could have them arrested for fraud, I would certainly try.

    I had a terrible experience with AT&T that I feel others need to be warned about. An additional…read morephone line and multiple add-ons were added to my account without my consent, which resulted in a much higher bill than expected. I was never informed or authorized these changes. When I went back to the store to resolve the issue, I was told they couldn't help me because they are not a corporate store, only an authorized dealer. They sent me to a corporate store, where I was then told to go back to the original store, because they were the ones who made the changes and needed to fix it. I was bounced back and forth with no accountability. While I was in the store, other customers walked in questioning why their phone bills were so high, which clearly shows this is not an isolated issue. That alone speaks volumes about how this location operates. The authorized dealer said they would "handle it," but it has now been several days with no follow-up, and when I tried calling the store, no one answers. This entire situation has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It is very clear that this store operate on commission-based sales, where the more lines and add-ons they push onto customers, the more money they make--regardless of whether the customer actually wants or agrees to them. This feels deceptive and unethical. AT&T needs to take responsibility for how their authorized dealers conduct business. Customers should not have services added without consent, nor should they be sent in circles with no resolution.
