    There was 6 employees there and only 2 where working standing around jumping around and laughing there was a huge line.

I've been coming here for years and in the past year something changed and ive had the worst service here. Went in for a repair for my iphone 15 screen that was cracked and had a damaged LCD, keep in mind that this IS THE ONLY TIME MY SCREEN WAS ACTUALLY CRACKED, it was $120 and they replaced the screen quickly and i was out of there in under 15 minutes. Right away i noticed the quality of the screen sucked and was very glitchy, i called and they replaced the screen free of charge. Then a week later i noticed multiple black spots on my screen after taking it out of my pocket, no drop or anything and i had a damaged LCD again. so i go in and pay $120 again to fix this thinking nothing of it. just shy of a month later same thing happens! without dropping my phone a discolored line appeared on my screen, just simply pulled it out if my purse. AGAIN I go in store and pay the $120 once more to get it replaced. everything is fine and 2 months go by, and can anyone guess what happened? yup same issue, pulled my phone out if my front pocket and what do you know!! a damaged LCD screen, no drop no sitting on the phone, nothing and the cheap screen still got damaged. At this point, im convinced this is the cheap screens that they are using. i go ahead and call the store and i am then greeted by JIN, i explain my situation and he proceeds to place the blame entirely on me saying that it must be me who keeps dropping my phone and causing the damage in a very mean and rude tone. He also said that i could get an entire new iphone and that he could guaruntee that i'd still probably have to come in for a repair eventually since i clearly am causing the issue. I mentioned that at that point i had already spent almost $400 in repairs with them in just a few short months. and instead of being sympathetic or finding a resolution for me, he proceeded to be rude and condescending. He mentioned that he wasnt the owner so i asked to speak to the owner to see if i got a better customer service but he refused, just kept telling me "oh trust me hes gonna tell you the same thing, weve been in business for over 10 years and this has never been an issue so its just you." literally almost cried from how rude he was being. at this point i just hung up the phone since he had no resolution for me just harsh comments. i never got my screen repaired and have just been dealing with a damaged LCD that has gotten much worse from daily use of my phone and now im $400 down the drain due to repair world. they lost a loyal customer forsure.

There were some hinderances as my account was difficult to access for some reason, and one of the other associates even told him to tell me to just call customer service (although I was only there bc they told me I had to go in person). But he offered to call customer service himself to help get this all sorted out. He figured it out while on the phone in the meantime and gave me what I needed. I wish it was a quicker process but at the end of the day, I appreciate Hernan taking the time to help me and not just sending me away as that would've been the easier thing to do.

    I went into this store this Tuesday and was discriminated against due to disability by a female…read morestore clerk and the manager that day. I told them that I was disabled and they still refused to address my problem. I also told them that Verizon's customer service said that I can return my phone whenever I am able to due to my being disabled. They still denied to assist me. This is discrimination and they should be made aware of the incident. I have already forwarded my complaint to verizon but wanted to reach out to the store as well. They either don't answer the phone or say the manager is not available. They did not give the option of having the manager return my call when they do become available. I would like to know the name of the manager and the store clerk that discriminated against me the morning of Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
