    My mom has been hospitalized since January and a "valued" spectrum customer for over 11 years- she fell behind on some payments as one does when they are in the hospital- and they didn't extend any sympathy and I ended up paying about $250 worth of charges on my mom's behalf before putting her account on a seasonal hold. Forward to to the beginning of June when the account came off the hold and I inquired about removing the Internet services on June 1st and 2nd. I was told that it would take at least 24 hours to run this process. I received a call back from a customer service agent named Misha, on June 3rd who then after 30 minutes, informed me that we would not be able to remove the Internet without canceling the account. Misha then placed the account back on a seasonal hold and assured me that I would only pay the $26 I was billed for prior. On June 7 when I received a statement for $140 I reached out to customer service where they then filed an incident case the review was denied and I now have to pay $140 for the account being open on the ONE day of the month that they bill because the rep told me it would take an extra day to run the request. After an hour of passing my call from rep to rep- 0 out of 10 on customer service besides the one gentleman in Colorado named Wesson, who actually found my case worth disputing. I will be a closing the account tomorrow on behalf of my mom after 11 years of being one of their "valued" customers.

    I'm told I have 400mbps. Yet their speed test says 5mbps. It's just fraud. My bill has gone from $35 to $100 a month since I've been with them. The internet is so slow I hot spot my cell phone. I'm about to save a $100 a month. Sad when you can't stream a movie. Pathetic!! You all know you can't hit 400mbps. Just marketing fraud. Just like your Verizon cell service you sell under the spectrum name. Just a heads up, Verizon data line is horrific. Doesn't work in Santa Monica at all. See the attached screen capture from the spectrum site using your speed test. You failed miserably. Can't wait for the class action suit for fraud. Edit: I can't make this up. They make me an appointment for the technician then tell me there was an issue in my area that's been resolved. Haha. This is comical. Except I've been having this issue for weeks. They are trying anything and everything not to make the house call. Sorry, youre so overpriced you will send someone out to do the work. I'm not doing it for you. See attachment.

I walked into this store expecting nothing, really I was stretching for a limb to the universe to inevitably take it hard and store my karma for a solid later on in life. When I walked in, I saw this guy Ash just tapping his iPad like a cyborg from the future. Compulsive, in tune, and filled with the hyper-focus for a surgeon's stich. I knew right away he was as crazy as I was in the best way ever. I legit stopped caring about my phone, just so interested in how he was about to approach my situation. He kept telling me, "I'll be with you in a second buddy" as he saved this father and daughter a TON OF MONEY on their bill. Finally I was up. I told him my situation and honestly I don't know what he did. He kept bashing on that iPad like he was breaking the code in a sci-fi movie and he just.... well I don't know, broke the code. I saw him 19 minutes before they closed and he handed me a brand new iPhone 17pro about 11 minutes before they closed. I'm paying a tiny bit more per month but I have another line now? I went in late on a Friday afternoon on a beautiful day, thinking it'd be quick and easy. It was not quick. It was, however, exceptional. I was greeted immediately by Ruben, who let me know from the get that it'd be about 20 minutes before someone could sit with me. He asked what I was in for and got me on the list. He looped back prepping me for what I needed so I could be ready when it was time. I logged into my ATT account and took screenshots of my statements, account, and plan details. Kevin was the guy assigned to work with me. I was clear about what I wanted, he was clear about T-Mobiles offering, and we were off to a good start. But then, we were met with challenges at every step of the way. AT&T did not make it easy for me to transfer. From getting the release PIN to porting the account over, we ran into hiccups and delays. Throughout the ENTIRE process Kevin was calm, patient, and unphased. A true professional. Ruben stopped in from time to time to check on us both as we progressed. I was astounded by Ruben's attentiveness on the floor, checking in with customers in progress as well as those walking in the door, consistently until his shift ended. They had a full house, and no one sat for more than two minutes without a hello. In the final stretch, I asked Kevin when his shift was up, He assured me we'd be done before the top of the hour. Turned out, AT&T had given me an account number that did not match on the back end in order to port the number over to the new carrier. We took it straight off of my invoice, it failed, Kevin and I contacted AT&T via the app to confirm, they confirmed, Kevin had to escalate up through T-Mobile to three-way patch a conversation with AT&T to get the correct account number - which was not, by the way, the account number I had on my invoice OR in the app. (SHADY!) All to say, Kevin's patience and professionalism all the way through our THREE HOURS together was unwavering. I walked in nervous about a carrier switch, I walked out converted to T-Mobile without one single regret. On the way out, I was able to thank Meg who was on the floor and had supported us through the entire fiasco. Wow, T-Mobile, if Kevin, Ruben, & Meg represent the quality you offer in service, they are bar none. Thank you to the T-Mobile Santa Monica team for one hell of a first experience with a new carrier that has me never looking back.

I…read morewalked in and within 5 minutes the staff showed me how to restart it, if the usual way didn't work. I also downloaded the T-Life app and on Tuesdays they have deals, which are fun! I have received a tote bag, umbrella, blanket, etc. The staff are also very patient when there are issues with my phone, or when my front glass has cracked. Fortunately for me, I have insurance, so the staff guided me on how to make an appointment with an affiliate local repair shop. Thank you T Mobile!

My son goes to college in Northern California and he's been having problems with his iPhone 11. Since I couldn't get up there, I flew him home for the weekend so we could up grade our phones and take care of some other things. We walked in and started looking at the iPhones. Craig walked over and greeted us. I told him that we need new phones. He asked us what we wanted. I told him we wanted the regular 13. He asked us what color we wanted. We've always gotten black or grey. So we got a little adventurous. I picked green and my son chose blue. Craig went and got the phones and started the process. He took his time and was patient, in-spite of having problems with the tablet he was using, he remained calm. He asked us if we needed any accessories. We needed screen protectors and cases. I told him I knew he didn't have the cases we wanted. I had called the day earlier and knew that they did not have any Otterboxes. A lot of people think they are too bulky and cost too much! My son or I have NEVER broken an iPhone with them, and they are very durable. Worth the cost! They had screen protectors and we also got the new electrical outlet plugs that go with the new cords. Apple no longer provides both the cord and plugs anymore. It is an extra 20 bucks a piece for the plug. You can still use the old version, but this is supposed to charge your phone faster. Craig finished all the changes for both phones and we needed approximately 30 minutes for all of our information to transfer to the new phone. We took a walk on Main Street to pass the time. When we arrived back our phones were ready and Craig was nice enough to put the screen protectors on them. NICE! Happy I came here and I love my new phone. It was worth the 9 mile drive. During my recent visit, I encountered a disinterested employee, another employee playing on his phone, and chaotic business records. As I left, the store manager asked if I was happy with the service. When I voiced my frustration, he looked down at his phone. I'm relieved that I no longer have to deal with this disaster of a phone company.
