    Spectrum was a disappointment from the very beginning. I had been a DIRECTV user for 25 years, but prices went up so I decided to try Spectrum. What a mistake! I bundled internet and a cable plan. The internet was out frequently, and all the pay channels disappeared as my bill rose to $249.00 a month, from the original $139.00. Horrible customer service, mixed with poor maintenance, and probably unlawful, bill raising without consent(I'm sure in small print, they cover themselves somewhere). Now as I return my equipment I wait for over an hour, for the second time. Also, there were charges assessed past the time of my parting ties with Spectrum. What a disappointment. Do not make the mistake I made! Stick with DIRECTV.

    Spectrum Wi-Fi is horrible ! Their service always is out ! Their business practices are bait and switch. I'm moving on.

They will not refund and are billing us for the modem they lost. This is theft in my opinion.

I already have an extender anyway that is not with spectrum that seems to work fine so I returned this back to the store because I just received it two days ago and was trying to set it up which was unsuccessful. I walked into the store about 12:05 PM. They had just opened there was one customer in there, so I waited for Jorge to come out and assist. He seemed like he was an honest person that worked for Spectrum and told me the pod had been removed from my account and he canceled that. He tried to offer me two free lines of service told me that would be free. I would just have to pay for the phone. I told him no thank you I was not interested and that was that. He told me he cannot give me a receipt right then and there, but would be happy to email it to me once he completed everything on my account and told me look out for an email. About 20 minutes later I had already left. I noticed an email from Spectrum.I did not pay any attention to it because I thought it was my receipt for returning the Pod. An hour later, I received two more emails from Spectrum saying my service order has been updated. I thought this was an email notifying me that my pod that I had returned has been received however surprisingly it was an email showing that I had added multiple services to my account that I knew nothing about and did not agree to! Never was even talked to me about adding TV service or anything else other than adding two cell phone lines and I told him no. I immediately called customer service because I did not want to drive back up there and cuss him out because I felt so upset and frustrated that a representative in the store or even over the phone would do something like this! This is uncalled for and very unprofessional! The supervisor Dominic that I spoke with over the phone assured me that the additional services that I had not asked for or even were offered have been removed my account and everything is back to what I previously had. If anyone goes to the store Do not let Jorge Reyes assist you! Because if you do, you will leave with the service services not added to your account. Dominic, who was a supervisor in the call center was very helpful however.

    This store is not good. I totally GET IT that some of the services that happen here take a long…read moretime. I've been one of the customers at an AT&T Store that needed like an hour with a service representative. But if you know that your store provides services that take an hour, it is ridiculous to only have a single person in the store. I came on a weekday, well after lunch. I was greeted, and it didnt take long to know this wasn't going to be a quick in and out for me. I took a seat. I waited at least 25 minutes before another person came in. He stood by a table, still as anything. The Lone Worker went over to him (WTF I've been here almost half an hour?) asked what he was going to need, he said he wanted to buy this thing. Lone Worker said it would be a minute. Walked by me to the back. GOOD, I thought she was getting another body on the floor. NOPE. When she returned, she went right back to the original people, carried on. After about ten more minutes, the first guy left. Soon after, another fellow came in. He was greeted, and then ignored. More time passed, and after about 45 minutes of my total wait time, the Lone Worker asked what I was going to need (Still not done with original customers). Turns out - I COULD HAVE DONE IT ONLINE. I was mad as hell. Not at the Lone Worker, but at whoever schedules this store. Had another human employee been there, I would not have wasted 45 minutes of my life, they would have sold that one guy the thing he definitely wanted, and probably taken care of the last guy too. Get it together AT&T.

It helps that they like each other unlike the odd pair at another nearby AT&T store I'd visited. (The guys working there seemed as if the pod people from Invasion of the Body Snatchers had already switched them out. No lie.) But, hey, let's focus on the good folks at the Gunn Highway location. I needed to replace my glass-based screen protector and my SIM card. I arrived within 20 minutes of closing time. I explained I could come back if it would affect their closing. Candice said, "nothin doin!" (OK I took some liberties with the dialogue recreation. I mean, heck, folks haven't said that since, what, the 1950s? LOL) Anyway, she did a great job. Carlos participated in the discussion and taught me some things about the iPhone I didn't know. TL;DR: Convenient location! Great folks! I recommend you check them out.
