    This store is not good. I totally GET IT that some of the services that happen here take a long…read moretime. I've been one of the customers at an AT&T Store that needed like an hour with a service representative. But if you know that your store provides services that take an hour, it is ridiculous to only have a single person in the store. I came on a weekday, well after lunch. I was greeted, and it didnt take long to know this wasn't going to be a quick in and out for me. I took a seat. I waited at least 25 minutes before another person came in. He stood by a table, still as anything. The Lone Worker went over to him (WTF I've been here almost half an hour?) asked what he was going to need, he said he wanted to buy this thing. Lone Worker said it would be a minute. Walked by me to the back. GOOD, I thought she was getting another body on the floor. NOPE. When she returned, she went right back to the original people, carried on. After about ten more minutes, the first guy left. Soon after, another fellow came in. He was greeted, and then ignored. More time passed, and after about 45 minutes of my total wait time, the Lone Worker asked what I was going to need (Still not done with original customers). Turns out - I COULD HAVE DONE IT ONLINE. I was mad as hell. Not at the Lone Worker, but at whoever schedules this store. Had another human employee been there, I would not have wasted 45 minutes of my life, they would have sold that one guy the thing he definitely wanted, and probably taken care of the last guy too. Get it together AT&T.

It helps that they like each other unlike the odd pair at another nearby AT&T store I'd visited. (The guys working there seemed as if the pod people from Invasion of the Body Snatchers had already switched them out. No lie.) But, hey, let's focus on the good folks at the Gunn Highway location. I needed to replace my glass-based screen protector and my SIM card. I arrived within 20 minutes of closing time. I explained I could come back if it would affect their closing. Candice said, "nothin doin!" (OK I took some liberties with the dialogue recreation. I mean, heck, folks haven't said that since, what, the 1950s? LOL) Anyway, she did a great job. Carlos participated in the discussion and taught me some things about the iPhone I didn't know. TL;DR: Convenient location! Great folks! I recommend you check them out.

    I was really hoping to have a better experience at this repair shop since it's up the street from…read moremy house and I needed my cracked cell phone screen to be repaired ASAP. I called a week ahead and told them what I needed to get done and the employee told me the quoted price and that it would be a easy job as they fix screens all the time. So I felt great about how things were going and I was looking forward to getting my phone fix. Fast forward to the day I took it in, I dropped of the phone around 12:30 in the morning and the guy said it would be ready and done by 5:00, so far so good. I did my day and called at about 5:10 to see if I should head in over so I can pick it up when it's done since the store closes at 6:00, the guy answered and said that the phone would not be done until the following morning, I asked how come and be said it was taking longer then usual. I was upset but I said that it was fine and I would be there first thing in the morning. The next morning comes and I call a hour and a half after they had opened to give them some time, and a girl answered and I asked what was the status of my phone and she said that they have to go to their 'warehouse' to pick it up and bring it back, that it would take a hour and she will call back, I was getting frustrated at this point but I still said it was fine and let me know when it was back as I needed my phone. Wknd She calls me back shortly after to tell me that unfortunately they could not fix my phone as their machine was down and it would take a week to fix the phone, I was done at this point and just said that I would come back to pick up my phone as I don't see why I wasn't notified or aware of what was going on and was a whole day without my phone thinking work was being done on it. Will never be going back here again. They were unhelpful, unprofessional, and didn't keep me updated with ANYTHING.

    DO NOT GO HERE -- WARNING ABOUT MISLEADING SALES PRACTICES…read more I had a terrible experience at this Verizon store, specifically dealing with a rep named Robert Borges. I came in after receiving a promo notification offering $1,000 for iPhone trade-ins. Robert assured me I'd receive $1,000 per phone I was trading in. Based on that, I went ahead and picked out iPhone 16 Pros for both myself and my girlfriend. Then the lies started: First, he claimed that the phones only came in 256GB, which wasn't true--I later found out 128GB models are available. Second, he told me there would be no additional charge for the storage size, which was a lie because there is a difference in price. Third, he said my new monthly bill would be $115 before taxes. The next day, after setting up the phones and applying cases/screen protectors, I logged into my Verizon app--and immediately saw the truth: my monthly bill was going to be $170, not $115. And yes, the iPhone 16 Pro does come in a 128GB version, just like I originally asked for. I contacted Verizon customer service, and they pretty much admitted that sales reps mislead customers to hit target sales, and they end up having to clean up the mess afterward. When I called Robert to confront him, he gave more excuses and said he'd reorder the correct phones. But when the replacements were on the way, he told me he wouldn't be in the store and someone else would help with the exchange. Not only was I misled, but Robert refused to take ownership and finish what he started. He also wouldn't replace the screen protectors I had already purchased and installed. Bottom line: Dishonest sales tactics Lack of accountability Poor customer service I strongly recommend avoiding this store.
