    Been waiting in this line for over 50 min now to simply turn in a box!!!! Don't pick Soectrum

    0 zero stars if I could Spectrum sent us a new cable box. We never asked for this. Made us set it up and said we had to return the old box. I had my 19 year old daughter drive the old box to Spectrum on Main St in Ventura. They wouldn't allow her for RETURN the old box cuz her name wasn't on the account. So I had to take time off work to come and return the box. Been waiting 45 min in the lobby to simply return the box that I never wanted to replace in the first place!!!!!!! Worst service ever!!!!! They said I couldn't just leave the box without meeting with a rep cuz I wouldn't receive credit for dropping it off. So I continue to wait for one of the two very slow reps to get to me ( only one person in front of me and they have taken 45 min and counting!!!!!)..... unbelievable!!! Who operates like this!!!?!?!?

    Had a service call today on my Dish system and was so satisfied and appreciative that Ricardo came…read moreout to resolve the problem. Ricardo was the ultimate professional. He called 30 minutes prior and upon arrival was stellar in his customer service and knowledge. Ricardo asked me about the issue and looked at the main TV and equipment. Ricardo then looked outside at the Dish and transponders and told me he recognized an issue immediately. Ricardo installed a new splitter in a better location, adjusted the Dish and tightened everything. He utilized new cables as well. After that he checked the TV statistics and make internal adjustments on all TVs and bingo we has a much stronger signal and TV at all three units. A great value and top notch quality. Ricardo should be training all technicians as his knowledge base and ability to troubleshoot and explain the issue were phenomenal. Highly recommended!

    After a decade of $150/monthly DISH bills(paid automatically and on time) we called Customer…read moreService for a new remote. We talked to "Erik," a very rude and unhelpful representative. He said he could send us a new remote if we purchased his senior citizen "promotion" of $199/mo that would includes "free" ADT home protection. After going round and round, him speaking disrespectfully the entire time, we asked for our cancellation. He just hung up on us. He needs to be fired, and DISH needs to better train their reps if they want to keep customers.
