Mechanic recommended fixes for the long road trip, we had them completed and picked up the car with seemingly no issues. We were slated to leave the next morning at 5am, so we woke up at 3am to get ready and take the dog out on a walk, where we discovered the splash guard hanging completely on the ground underneath the car (first image + video below). So we had to delay our trip out by 2 hours just to bring it back in. Told them my frustrations with having our travel delayed, and wasn't really met with any sort of apology / compensation. Finally get back out on the road, and when we arrive at our destination the next morning, we noticed a scraping noise when hitting some low bumps. Looked under the car and see that part of the guard underneath is held together with a zip tie! (Second image + video) Absolutely insane work. Completely disgusted with the shoddy work and the lack of attention + care.

He helped me get what I needed. I did not ask for help, he just offered to look at the light and he just replaced the wipers for me. I have had a lot on my plate lately and well not a whole lot of income. I am not really the most car handy person fixing/replacing stuff. He had such a genuine heart, kind, encouraging soul. In my line of work it's rare to see such a giving YOUNG person who authentically cares about humans not just a job or paycheck! I would go back again just because sometimes even if it's just a lightbulb we all have needs and skills. I personally hate all that car stuff it's not my skill, I truly believe God brought him in my day to help me in sincerity and humbleness. I had a really hard week and something seemingly so small made my whole day! It's such a treasure when we get to see the compassionate side of humanity! He cared enough to recognize a woman with a need then to just meet it. He was polite and professional, he fixed it in 5 min. Best repair shop I've been too…read more I came in because my car was making a horrible scraping sound, I hadn't made an appointment and they were pretty busy yet they still made time for me the same day. I expecting an expensive repair because it seemed like a worn out wheel bearing. however they were able to diagnose the situation and found a rock in the wheel hub and removed it for less than 50$.
