This could have been the absolute worst experience I've ever had at an "Upscale" Steakhouse…read more So let's start off with walking into a completely dead restaurant on a Friday night- Had a reservation for 6:30 (didn't need it) Decided to sit at the empty bar. The bartender who had worked at the restaurant for 7 years was working her very last shift- Ordered a bottle of wine- not available Tried another not available finally just said what do you have?? Got some Pinot Grigio that wasn't cold nor was I asked to taste... Anyway asked if there was still prime rib available- was told yes! Not surprised due to the 12 people in the entire restaurant. Got a shrimp cocktail served in a warm pasta bowl. Shrimp were mediocre at best $20 for 6- cocktail sauce was cumin scented not sure why... Fast forward to ordering the main course...we were told no Prime Rib was left??.... WHAT??? Decided to get the check and left. I would strongly recommend you to not even walk in the door to start with.

I've interacted with a LOT of restaurant employees at many restaurants in many states, and I've never met someone as friendly, hard working, and just all around fun to be around as her, Erie, your store has a real gem, and next time I'm in the area, definitely stopping in. (And that's coming from someone who detoured off I90 to this mall once before with the sole purpose of getting Primanti Bros). As much as I love my new, local Lexington store it will not be the same without her and the rest of the training crew here. (And if someone at corporate sees this, you absolutely picked the right person to be a trainer, if everyone were lucky enough to know her, the world would be a much better place!)

I didn't like anything about this food experience, was a disappointment especially after reading…read moresome of the other reviews. Decided to order pick up for Superbowl eats. We didn't like anything. Everything was flavorless, and over priced. We had the firebird's duranjo burger. Nice size, but over cooked and not seasoned. The parmesean crusted chicken, although a nice size and cooked perfectly again no seasoning, expected to be able taste the Parmesan crust, nothing.. We both upgraded our side to the southwest au gratin potatoes. Au gratin potatoes a creamy jalepeno cream sauce sounds like a flavor bomb, NOPE, the potatoes were under cooked and not sure how you manage not to get flavor out of jalepeno cream sauce, but they did! The crispy cauliflower with the jar sweet chili sauce was probably the best thing we did have. You can get brunch all day so, I ordered the hipster toast, and I was pictured cat fished. Mine was nothing like the picture, although I appreciate they didn't build the toast for take out and allowed me to do that myself. Still, there was maybe 7 little little cubes of avocado, no pickled onions, no spiced pecans, no parmesan cheese. What I did get was a piece of toast with goat cheese, then a box of arugula, 7 pieces of small small avocado, candied bacon pieces, radishes and heirloom tomatoes. Basically a 17 plus salad on bread. Totally a waste and not worth it. I will say though, the cilantro lime vinaigrette was delicious. But spending over 90 bucks and only enjoying a vingerette and cauliflower, won't have be coming back. Maybe ordering on Superbowl Sunday was a mistake, but I'll never know.

We came here to celebrate a special occasion, and it was a night to remember!…read more I had made the reservation on their website; 40 minutes prior to the seating I received a text alert saying, "We have seats available; please come anytime!" The menu was spectacular: There's something for everyone. Two of us ordered fresh oysters as an appetizer, and one ordered a crock of French onion soup. Everything was so well done, forks and spoons with "tastes" were flying around the table. The oysters were everything I've been looking for: Plump, briney, and served with mignonette, cocktail sauce, and a half lemon tucked into a mesh bag to strain out seeds. I asked the origin and was told they were Prince Edward Isle. They were so good, they were best without sauces, just consumed with their own liquors. For entrees, my family tried the steaks - A New York strip for my husband and a 20 ounce ribeye for my teenager. I had the lobster newburgh, and for the table, family-style sides of braised carrots, garlic mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. How was it? We're normally a chatty family; as we tasted our meals we were completely silent, breaking the quiet only to send a fork around saying, "Here: You have to try this!!" For dessert we had a single chocolate lava cake (served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream) which was large enough for four people, and my husband had a glass of 20 year port. We were very content by the end of the meal - and planning our next visit!

Seafood tower had a nice variety of shellfish, prawns were big and tasted very fresh as did the various different oysters. Crab claws were a little bland but everything else on the tower was great. Also liked the heated butter holder. Ordered the delmonico steak medium rare and it came out perfect. Tender, juicy and prepared thwy way i like it. All in all i definitely liked the food and service was top notch as well.
