I'm pretty hard on places and here's my rundown. My server was awesome and did an amazing job. The atmosphere.. its not a bad spot.. could be so much better. They have tvs throughout the place .. not sure why. Also.. they were all off.. looks weird. The manager (total assumption) was juper casual and coukd use a little help in the dressing up department. Now the food.. i ordered stuffed shrimp as an appetizer . Great idea.. a little tough/over cooked. Lobster bisque.. great flavor.. yum..only complaints about this was the chunks of lobster were still very cold/ maybe frozen in the center. Tomahawk pork chop. Couldn't even eat at this restaurant! No where on open table nor their website does it mention that guests must be above 21 to eat at this resturant since it is in the casino. They mention at the bottom in fine print that the casino is 21+ but never specified that this also applies to the resturant since there is no actual resturant entrance. Disappointing. read more

The service was great. They give a nice variety of bread before your meal. The sea bass was really good. Except the pesto on top was way too much. Once i scraped it off it was great. The sides that came with it were not good. The potatoes had a strange sweetness. The ribeye steak was great. Make sure you get it blackened because otherwise it probably wouldn't have much flavor. I would go back and get the same steak and the sea bass without the pesto or sides. read more

Nice atmosphere. Staff was fun. Good house salad. Should have come for wine and dessert instead of dinner. Had the combo appetizer for 2 - fried bar food - nothing special -Calamari was the exception - lightly breaded - good. Raviolis were thick - sauce was sauce. Slim vegetarian options. Made reservations and came on a Saturday night. Pros: excellent and attentive service. House wines were very good. Steaks were cooked to the desired temps. Cons: no sear/char on the steak, sides were adequate. Steaks weren't as tender as they should have been, especially the filet. For the steakhouse premium, we expected higher quality and better atmosphere. A good meal by all measures, but neither great nor special. read more

My son was visiting from Florida and a special night was planned ending with dinner at our favorite place. LBV Steak & Pasta. Wow, we we disappointed. The service was slow, my fillet as overcooked (but tasty, so I ate it) My baked potato arrived cold, they microwaved it and returned it to me. The color was off and the bottom was hard and black. I wouldn't eat it. My son asked for lemon in his drink and never got it. Our drinks and water glasses were never refilled. His chicken was overcooked and dry. Worst of all, DIRTY DISHES WERE NEVER REMOVED. We move wine glasses, appetizer, salad and soup dishes to my nearby walker. The waiter never removed them from my walker. We had to stack them back on the table before we could leave. We both left heavy hearted and will not soon return. At or below average food at an exceptional price. Between the price of their steaks and their nonsense a la carte menu for the sides (an extra $12 for a cold baked potato and rinky dink Caesar salad to go along with my steak?) your stomach and wallet is better served by hitting one of steak house chains on Peach. Without the fine dining card our meal would have been over $100. That's an awful lot of money for a mediocre meal. read more

Great food, a little pricey. I had the OX tail with brussel sprouts and Escargot for app. Wife had Surf and Turf with a side of these amazing Potato lasagna thing. Dad had a filet. And clams for app. Big scallops on the app menu as well. All that and drinks came to like $220. It was her birthday dinner and it was great. read more

Most horrible place in Erie. Had to wait for sever for 20 mints after we set down.....Really bad service one appetizer took 40 mints! We got steak and the meat had very bad smell. It was disgusting never will go back! read more

Very disappointed. Made reservations for my son's 16th b day . I was running late , and they called me 15 min after my reservation time, for what I thought was to tell me I was late , but no ,they failed to get my son an approved escorts from the door to the restaurant, so we waited another half hour . Still no escorts. So my son and his gf went to eat at the club lounge while I at the LBV , just to have them box my left overs and keep them . ....server was nice , food was good but overall service , they need to get their program together. And of course all I got was told to make another reservation to bring your son a week early and this won't happen again ...ya right read more

Too much butter, oil and grease. The salad was the best part of the meal. I had pan fried salmon also very oily. probably won't be back.

This was our second trip to the steakhouse. First time in August 2019 was delicious but very disappointed on 1-25-20. It was a Saturday night and we had 6 o'clock reservations for 4. Our table was ready and the service staff was good. I ordered a trio with crab stuffed chicken and beef tips for $33.00. I assumed the chicken would be a boneless breast with crab inside. I got a small bone in chicken with a crab cake on the side. I gave my husband the beef because I don't eat beef. The basket of assorted breads was tasty. Our friend ordered a pasta and seafood dish and the pasta was so gummy it stuck to the fork. We won't be back. read more

I was really excited about trying this, as it is in the Erie Fine Dining preferred restaurants. My first impression was that it was very smokey. The is due to the fact that the restaurant is in the smoking section of the casino. The water glasses were empty when we sat down and I think it is nice to be able to sip while waiting for the waiter. The waiter took so long to come over that someone else came by twice to see if we had been served and ended up taking our order. The food was good. I ordered my steak medium and it came out medium well, so that was a little disappointing. Our waiter was impolite, rushed, poured water over our plates (did not pick up the glass) and overall had a rude attitude that made the meal unpleasant. Finally, our bill was rung up wrong so we had to send it back. I went in with high hopes but this isn't a restaurant we will be visiting twice. read more
