I understand recalls can happen, and parts delays may be out of their control, but the way customers are treated absolutely is in their control, and that part has been just as disappointing. I was told the car could be flat-towed behind my RV, which turned out to be false. Then the dealer kept my car for months, waiting on recall parts. When I finally got it back, they hadn't drained the old gas, and the very next day all the dash lights came on because of a fuel-related issue. After another recall repair involving suspension work, they also failed to perform the alignment that should have been part of the job, leaving me with badly worn tires at only 16,000 miles. To make matters worse, when I went to replace the tires, they refused to honor the military discount they advertised online and argued about it until I showed them the webpage myself. Then I was hit with an extra charge for using a credit card. At that point, it just felt like one insult after another. Overall, this experience has felt like the customer comes last and the money comes first.
