We came in for a light breakfast. Ordered 2 eggs, bacon, potatoes and rye toast. Savannah was our server and she greeted us promptly. We ordered coffee and waters. Everything came out quickly, food was hot and tasty. Savannah refreshed our coffees. The plate was large with plenty of food. The restaurant was clean and the music was mellow and the perfect volume. It has nice outdoor seating with a view of Lake Geneva and The Riviera building. We enjoyed it. Lots of other diners were seated outside. A cute and quaint place to eat. Obviously nobody's visiting Lake Geneva to eat at overpriced, low quality, greasy spoons like Speedo's, Simple Cafe, Lake Aire, or The Olympic restaurant, nor even Nick's (Popeyes?). But the worst offender has to be that of the former LG mayor SPEEDO CONDOS (who was ousted in his mayoral role for inappropriate, incompetent, ?illegal? transfer of funds away from LGFD supporting public safety. What you can say about this place is the food quality is just as terrible as the owners. Everything is slightly off-tasting; from bread, being stale and ham having a near spoiled aroma to the toughest most disgusting cuts of red meats and chicken, and the worst in watered-down beverages --whether it's coffee or a cocktail. And the reason for this is simple it is due to being cheap miserly and cost cutting on qualities and keeping food products way past their freshness date, simply because there is a greedy grubbing cash-grabber in the kitchen and named on the sign on the street corner. So the only thing this greasy spoon deserves is the "Worst in Lake Geneva" rassy award. read more

Can't understand why the place is still open except for the owner not caring. Been coming to Lake Geneva for over 45 years, nothing but bad reviews on this place and I've been here also just to see firsthand.. owner is always confrontational with customers that don't like his crappy food that's made from a microwave. The best food and drink we had at Lake Geneva! We custom ordered a mix of the pi, Peña, colada and strawberry daiquiri with a shot of dark rum on the top for a Miami Vice! It was delicious! This is our go-to restaurant every time we visit Lake Geneva. The location makes for a very relaxing, beautifully scenic outdoor dining experience. The waitstaff has always been attentive & gracious, and the food is delicious. Amongst our favorites are the grilled chicken burgers, cheese & hamburgers, fries, and most especially the alcohol-free piña coladas! It's a MUST if/when in the area. read more

Simply not good and such a waste due to the great location across the street from the closed beach! That's right, the beaches were closed due to algae blooms in the water. Very disappointed like the meal here. Poor service, we sat outside at a table on the sidewalk, poor food, my brat was served on a stale cold bun with a few slivers of sauerkraut. Other reviewers complained about the bathrooms which we didn't stay long enough to use, thankfully. I hardly ever write a one star review but it is well deserved in this case. Subpar food safety standards. One of the women in the kitchen was on her phone with food gloves on for a few minutes. Then proceeded to touch her necklace etc with gloves on. Then started putting food on the counter and handling tortillas for wraps - in and out of the microwave with the same gloves on. Yuck. Most staff was on their phones a lot of the time including kitchen staff and host. $19 for a burger patty that was clearly purchased pre-made. read more

This is absolutely the worst place in Lake Geneva to eat. Trust the reviews. Service is incredibly poor, manager response is, "it's busy." People who sit after get their drinks and food before others, food is poor, servers appear to hate their jobs. Really an unenjoyable experience over all. Way better options out there. Went to the restaurant this afternoon, Aleigha M was the waitress. I ordered a Heineken 0, waitress brought a regular Heineken; when I pointed this out to her, she stated she thought they were the same. Never offered to rectify her mistake and indeed charged me for her mistake, which I did not drink. Extremely poor service! Cannot recommend this place to anyone. We came here for breakfast and sat outside. It's a basic breakfast menu featuring mostly omelettes that was was perfect for our group! They were able to seat our party of 10 on a Saturday morning, which made us very happy. Surprisingly there aren't a ton of breakfast/brunch options in Lake Geneva. We were happy to find Speedo's was within walking distance of our hotel, near the lake and had something on their menu for everyone in our group. It's a cute little Wisconsin breakfast place and the service was wonderful. I'm saddened to see all the negative reviews. Take Speedo's for what it is--a bar that happens to serve food! And what turns out to be a pretty decent breakfast! read more

One star is too much, hostess said we could sit anywhere outside, not that busy, sat down and we were completely ignored, 4 different servers saw us but not one came over, tried to ask a waitress for help but she just kept walking, after 10 minutes had to bother the hostess from her cell phone and ask for menus, finally after 20 minutes we left. Just Rude! Probably for the best as food reviews seem to be bad, but the owner has prime location(probably a mansion on the lake) so he hires sub-par waitstaff and really doesn't care about any negative reviews. Hoever, they discontinued their pizza and reduced the menu coz of covid. Anyway, I ordered the Chili Cheddar dog which was delicious. I was expecting an ordinary sized hotdog but was surprised iy was big. Too big for the bread and i know everyone would agree that its a good thing. My friend ordered the 1/3 lb burger.
