The only disappointment was overhearing members of the waitstaff speaking negatively about customers to the hostess. The conversation was loud enough that I could clearly hear it while sitting on the outdoor patio. While I understand that every job has its challenging moments, those conversations are best kept out of earshot of guests, as they can detract from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Aside from that, our visit was enjoyable, and that's the one area I would recommend improving. read more

About as bad as it gets. I wish I could write about the food but we arrived at 2:50. We got water right away but then ignored for 20 minutes until I asked the bus boy to get our waitress. We ordered drinks and appetizers at 3:15...then nothing again. At 3:30pm I told our waitress if we didnt have our drinks and food in 5 minutes we had to leave for an event. The only dish that disappointed me a bit was the rice bowl - I had a poke bowl in mind, but you have to order the fish separately, which defeats the entire purpose of a poke bowl. I went here on a Friday afternoon with my wife and 2 kids. We ordered the raw oysters and their soup specials. My son got their steak sandwich. My husband and visited Barrique Wine & Brew Bar one quiet Monday evening before dusk. We sat inside close to a window so we could enjoy the view. It was chilly outside, but their were guests enjoying the lovely patio as well. My husband had a cocktail, I had a cider, and we shared some very yummy baked spinach artichoke dip. It was so cheesy. There were guests around us eating full meals, and the food looked fabulous. There were also guests like us just enjoying beverages and appetizers. I arrived right at 11 when they opened. The waitress was very nice and asked if I wanted inside or outside. I sat outside and looked at the lake. Oakfire was playing music over their speaker so it was a nice ambiance. I ordered the jalapeno margarita.... Prior to visiting I walked by and saw through the kitchen window that the cooks were sitting on their phones so I can only assume that the ticket went through but they were too busy on TikTok to read it.
