The bread was also cold to the touch, and the fries had completely cooled down as well. The description of the burger stated "fried onions". I thought this meant it would include something similar to an onion ring. Instead, the burger had sautéed onions on it, which I do not like, at all. We also ordered the chicken parm sandwich. The sauce tasted straight out of a can. The temperature was warm, not hot. It was closer to being cool. Fries that it came with were mediocre. Overall, the common issue was the temperature of the food. Nothing was hot. I don't know if it's because it was sitting out in the back for too long. Our waitress never came over to check on us/ask if we needed anything. We waited too long for each dish and even trying to pay took forever. I think everyone was very overwhelmed. This place might be better on a weekday when it isn't as busy. But as for my experience on this particular day, I wouldn't return. They had the bartenders serving the high top tables as well and I think this was the downfall. The bar was completely packed and it was just too much to handle.
