Sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel

Woody's is great and when you consider bang for your buck, it's the best breakfast spot in the area and it's not even close. Their sausage is just different - so good. Woody's is the definition of small town American diner, our favorite breakfast spot.

This joint. Holy shit. So unassuming. No alcohol. Maybe one television somewhere. No nonsense. Utterly perfect. Two eggs poached perfectly. Bacon was top notch Crispify. Simple menu with small town American charm. As an immigrant, I heard about the American breakfast and god damn. This joint has it down. Clearly locals love it. If I'm ever on the way through that part of Nj, I'm going right back here.

Cozy home town coffee/lunch spot. It is perfectly unassuming. I love spots like this. Server was really sweet. I could tell some of the other patrons were "regulars" It s a place to go for some comfort food or coffee.

    The worst home fries anywhere.

2 stars for the many mistakes with my food, only the fried eggs and the bacon were good. The home fries were tasteless and were just hunks of fried potatoes, no seasoning, no sautéed onion or any other vegetable. yuck. I asked for them to be browned, after previous visits yielded barely cooked potatoes. Today they were like burned rocks. I also ordered a plain Belgian waffle. it came undercooked, barely warm with powdered sugar all over it. I sent it back and it came back warm not hot, undercooked and rubbery. To their credit the watier did not charge me the listed price, $8.00 (!!!) The waiter was polite, yet disinterested, in an empty restaurant at 3 pm, and she failed to remedy the pile of food and liquid left on the floor under the table by a previous diner. I came to Woody's today to screen them as a place for lunch catering for an upcoming conference. I cannot possibly recommend them for this.

The Gobbler turkey, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce. Picture doesn't do it justice- so good!

Americana hometown cafe. Nice service and wonderful homemade food with freshly baked bread. Goobler turkey sandwich, mile high BLT, homemade cranberry sauce and freshly roasted turkey. Step back in time. Affordably priced.

The cafe is located in Allentown, NJ which has homes dating back to 1810. Its definitely worth a walk down main street to see the houses and the rhododendron in bloom We sat outside on a beautiful sunny day. The waitress came out right away to ask if we wanted coffee. Their menu includes eggs, omelets, pancakes and french toast My boyfriend got the egg burrito which was filled with potatoes and sausage. It was yummy. I had the Greek omelette with home fries and rye bread. Their home fries are really tasty. The service was good, several different servers checked on us.

BLT - don't mind my bite taken out before I took the pic

This is my go to cute town spot for lunch to go with my mom or both of my parents. I always order a BLT on white bread with either chips or onion rings on the side. Their onion rings are GOOD! The service is usually quick and pleasant here. It is cute and cozy inside (small with maybe 10 tables and a small few seat breakfast bar seat area). I love to go here when the weather is nice and then hit the ice cream spot next door- what a great combo. The only suggestion I have is to keep a better eye on the cleanliness of the corner table by the door as it often times has dead bugs/flies and some food left on the window will area. I understand that by the window bugs tend to thrive, but a quick vacuum and broom sweep can make this spot a better one. I used to love sitting by the window, but I don't anymore due to this. However, I'll be back here as I find it to be a cute and cozy place to have lunch!

Somewhat average breakfast fare- I've had better pancakes from box mix. The bathroom was of unspeakable horrors.

The hostess was very friendly. She immediately took us to our table. Then our waiter came. She was not friendly at all. It did not seem like she wanted to work there or serve us. We decided to move sections because we wanted to sit near a window since it was so dark in the main dining area. Unfortunately, we got the same server. Also, it was a very hot day and it did not seem like they had the AC on. Weird. The food and drinks were meh. I ordered the peach sangria. It was decent. Not too strong and not too sweet. My dad ordered a Coors Light. They didn't have it on draft so he had to get a cold glass. He enjoyed it. Their cocktail menu was very limited considering they have a full bar. We ordered one appetizer which was the onion soup. For our entree's we ordered the the B2 Bistro Burger, Mustard crusted salmon, and grilled chicken pasta. The French Onion Soup was delicious. Very hot but flavorful. However, it could have used less salt. The Bistro Burger was good. Cooked to perfection and very juicy. The fries were a bit salty but still edible. The Mustard Crusted salmon was meh. The salmon itself wasn't very flavorful. The rice was pretty bland but the green beans were delicious. The grilled chicken pasta was probably the best dish of the evening. It was very flavorful, hot, and cooked to perfection. We really enjoyed that entree. Overall, it was a good experience with minor flaws. I am not sure if I will return but if I do I don't think I will have any major issues. If you are in the area check them out. Cheers!

I passed it on the way to my hotel and immediately decided it was a place I wanted to check out. I'll admit I was a little alarmed when I walked in and realized it was giving neighborhood bar energy instead of the chic bistro vibes is expecting. I happened to arrive during trivia night, and most of the patrons seemed really into it so it was much louder and rowdier than I anticipated. So much for a quiet dinner. I asked the hostess if I could be seated in a booth away from the activity, but even in a less crowded section, the atmosphere remained pretty overstimulating. In addition to the enthusiastic trivia-playing patrons, there were loud, animated conversations among various staff members, music playing from staff member's phone while music was already playing throughout the restaurant, and just a lot of competing noise. After a three-hour drive, I was really hoping for a glass of wine, a nice meal, and a more relaxed environment. That said, the staff were all incredibly friendly and pleasant. You could tell that they genuinely enjoy working there and enjoy each other's company, which made it difficult to be too annoyed. Eventually, I popped in my AirPods and dissociated so that I could focus on enjoying my meal. For dinner, the Chicken Francaise with a glass of the Italian Pinot Grigio (The name escapes me at the moment). The wine paired beautifully with the meal. The chicken itself was a fairly thick cut and cooked perfectly, but it could have used a bit more seasoning. I also would have loved to see some of the risotto sauce drizzled over the chicken because, while the texture was spot on, the flavor was a little underwhelming on its own. The green beans were excellent. Perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crunch and lightly seasoned. But the real star of the show was the Parmesan lemon risotto. That risotto is easily among the top three best risottos I've ever had. The brightness of the lemon combined with the creamy parmesan made for an absolutely unforgettable dish. I was genuinely disappointed that I couldn't finish it because every bite was fantastic. Honestly, I could have ordered a plate of that risotto by itself and left completely satisfied. While the atmosphere wasn't quite what I was looking for, the friendly service and that unforgettable delectable risotto made the visit worthwhile.

The food here is insanely fresh as was our daily interpretation involving copious use of root vegetables. In a Woodstock mood, I went for a mushroom motif inclusive of a mushroom onion soup and mushroom infused homemade cavatelli. You won't get points for atmosphere as the location is main street central and directly across from an Irish pub that is still serving the same slab of corned beef that they first boiled in 1991. If you're a foodie or even a fraudie, 12 Farms offers infinite pleasures and is richly deserving of a resounding five stars. Speaking of rich bring lots of cash as plastic is not accepted.

The soup sampling consisted of three very tiny cups that were sort of like an espresso size cup. The salad was a very small portion. They said that the portion sizes were not smaller because of the $65 price fix option. If you ordered the salads à la carte they arranged from $19-$22 I believe. Had I did the à la cart and received that portion for that much money I would be disappointed to say the least; my wife and I often share a salad before entrées and generally speaking they are big enough to share but their portion wasn't enough for me alone. Presentation was beautiful and service was great, as well as the ambience, and we have been there several times. We are raying a 3 because of the positives, but I did consider making it a 2. I hope the restaurant takes note and addresses the piints I made. Note that the entrée portions were good.

She brought the drinks out quickly but it did take about 20 more minutes for her to come back and take our food order. We waited about another 20 minutes for the appetizers to come out. When they did, they were cold. The buffalo wings were literally cold to the touch. The flavor was good, but the sauce on top was no longer moist, it was dry as if the wings had been sitting out for a while. The mozzarella sticks had good flavor, but again, they were cold. We waited another 20 minutes for our entrees to come out. I ordered the Plumsted burger with sweet potato fries. The only thing that was hot was the burger itself. The bread was also cold to the touch, and the fries had completely cooled down as well. The description of the burger stated "fried onions". I thought this meant it would include something similar to an onion ring. Instead, the burger had sautéed onions on it, which I do not like, at all. We also ordered the chicken parm sandwich. The sauce tasted straight out of a can. The temperature was warm, not hot. It was closer to being cool. Fries that it came with were mediocre. Overall, the common issue was the temperature of the food. Nothing was hot. I don't know if it's because it was sitting out in the back for too long. Our waitress never came over to check on us/ask if we needed anything. We waited too long for each dish and even trying to pay took forever. I think everyone was very overwhelmed. This place might be better on a weekday when it isn't as busy. But as for my experience on this particular day, I wouldn't return. They had the bartenders serving the high top tables as well and I think this was the downfall. The bar was completely packed and it was just too much to handle. They need to let the bartenders focus on the people at the bar and get more servers for the floor. Also overheard one waitress saying "these customers think they could do whatever the f*** they want". Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this place.
