of all the options to chose from I set my mind on Speedy Glass because I was impressed with the reviews some people posted. While I didn't hate the experience, some parts I found frustrating. First. I was absolutely impressed with the affordability of replacing my windshield. then there's the rest: I made an appointment, showed up on time, and waited in the waiting room. There posted in waiting room is sign setting an expectation for time frames. 4 Hours for windshields that require calibration and 1.5 hours for standard windshield replacement. An hour in to my wait my vehicle was still sitting where I parked it. about an hour fifteen staff had moved my vehicle to the back... I thought what are the chances the job would only take 15 minutes. After three hours I had to call work to let them know what I was planning to do on my lunch hour was going to take the entire afternoon. The work seems ok won't know until I take it on the highway or a substantial rain... not sure if some of the marks on the black paint is just tape marks or actual scuffs. won't know until I wash it. I was changed 28 for adhesive. I assume that is for the mirror but I also had a dash cam. but. this morning my dash cam is laying on the front seat. meh. its Santa Fe, I have become accustomed to meh work. read more

Called after hours and got their after hours service. Made the appointment for the following morning to repair a small crack and 2 chips (stars). This was the first time anyone explained the process of the repairs to me and let me know that there is always a slight chance that the repair may not work and could cause damage because of the pressure applied (Very slight chance, but nice to know they prepare their clients before they do anything. VERY up front and knowledgeable people. Took longer to get all 3 repairs but again, was told up front what to expect. AWESOME price. Honest people and honest price. Their customer service was beyond amazing! I got two rock chips while traveling, Santa Fe was the closest city to stop to get them fixed. After other places didn't answer or rejected fixing it because they didn't have time... I called Speedy Glass, Jessica was super nice and told me to bring it in right away! Once I got there, Paul took a look at it and begin work right away! I was in and out within 20 minutes! Jessica made sure to check on me while waiting and kept me updated. My husband and I are driving Route 66. A stone hit our windshield and it had to be replaced ASAP, as we are on a schedule with hotel reservations along the Route that could not be cancelled. Paul and Jessica could not have been more helpful and friendly. Being Canadian there was a bit of red tape and jumping through hoops required to sort our our insurance. After a botched install with Safelite, the Speedy Santa Fe crew responded to my emergency request to repair or replace the previous windshield as we were leaving for vacation. Showed up with a chip in the windshield and they got to it right away. It was small and took about 20 minutes. And the real cool thing? They didn't charge me a dime! That was incredibly decent. Several years ago they replaced the front windshield on my car. A few days ago during a hailstorm water began pouring in through the front windshield seal. I went to speedy auto glass and they replaced the windshield free of charge.
