There was a small leak after replacement & they (ToG) wasted no time in getting me back in to remedy it. They didn't hesitate to replace it AGAIN to make sure it was done right. While I was there, someone came in to get an estimate on replacing a windshield & the price quoted was VERY reasonable. If I ever need to have window work again, I'll DEFINITELY come here FIRST. I had to point out these problems myself before they were even acknowledged. I was initially told by the manager that replacement parts would be ordered in a few days and the repair would be corrected quickly. Nearly a month later, multiple appointments have been cancelled, I still have no clear timeline, and management has been unable to provide tracking information or a meaningful update on when the replacement parts would arrive, despite the parts being readily available for order. They have cancelled and rescheduled multiple appointments at the last minute and rescheduled to a time of their choosing without even asking me what works. At this point, the repair remains unresolved and I no longer have confidence in this location's workmanship or follow-through.

I got the service I needed for a very fair price. Ranger is the mechanic and such a nice guy. We talked about his wife of 42 years who passed away last fall. of all the options to chose from I set my mind on Speedy Glass because I was impressed with the reviews some people posted. While I didn't hate the experience, some parts I found frustrating. First. I was absolutely impressed with the affordability of replacing my windshield. then there's the rest: I made an appointment, showed up on time, and waited in the waiting room. There posted in waiting room is sign setting an expectation for time frames. 4 Hours for windshields that require calibration and 1.5 hours for standard windshield replacement. An hour in to my wait my vehicle was still sitting where I parked it. about an hour fifteen staff had moved my vehicle to the back... I thought what are the chances the job would only take 15 minutes. After three hours I had to call work to let them know what I was planning to do on my lunch hour was going to take the entire afternoon. The work seems ok won't know until I take it on the highway or a substantial rain... not sure if some of the marks on the black paint is just tape marks or actual scuffs. won't know until I wash it. I was changed 28 for adhesive. I assume that is for the mirror but I also had a dash cam. but. this morning my dash cam is laying on the front seat. meh. its Santa Fe, I have become accustomed to meh work. read more

Called after hours and got their after hours service. Made the appointment for the following morning to repair a small crack and 2 chips (stars). This was the first time anyone explained the process of the repairs to me and let me know that there is always a slight chance that the repair may not work and could cause damage because of the pressure applied (Very slight chance, but nice to know they prepare their clients before they do anything. VERY up front and knowledgeable people. Took longer to get all 3 repairs but again, was told up front what to expect. AWESOME price. Honest people and honest price. My husband and I are driving Route 66. A stone hit our windshield and it had to be replaced ASAP, as we are on a schedule with hotel reservations along the Route that could not be cancelled. Paul and Jessica could not have been more helpful and friendly. Being Canadian there was a bit of red tape and jumping through hoops required to sort our our insurance. After a botched install with Safelite, the Speedy Santa Fe crew responded to my emergency request to repair or replace the previous windshield as we were leaving for vacation. I've tried everything to remove this. I've gone to another paint and body place to see if they knew what it was, and they said some sort of chemical compound has stripped the top layer of the protective coating of the paint. Whatever it is, there's weird marks on the windows as well. It almost melted part of it. I don't even know how that's possible but whatever material they got on the side of the car and windows won't come off and can't be buffed out as I've tried everything now I have to go out of pocket to go to professional paint and body place and have this resolved.

They repaired the radiator incorrectly which damaged the engine. Engine was totaled and new mechanic advised against the replacement. Essentially they totaled my car and because the engine damage was not caused by the deer, insurance will not pay for the lost car, though did pay Top Gun at the very start $17000 for a crappy/ incompetent repair job. Top Gun has taken no responsibility, doesn't return phone calls, and can't keep their story straight regarding what went wrong, when I am able to reach them. Looks like I will have to sue to recover the cost of the car. No matter, huge lost of money and time. They have no business being in business.
