This place is not worth the hype. The birria tacos were good but the consome (the beef sauce) could have been more flavorful. The ramen lacked flavor, I didn't even eat it. The taquitos were good and crispy and the Al pastor tacos were good. The issue is the wait time. The food is good but not good enough for the wait. Wait time- We got in and waited 20 minutes to order. Once we ordered, we waited an hour for our food. People complained about the wait, drivers who came to pick up food were upset about the wait, several people even left without their orders. I had to remind them of our order and gave them 15 minutes to get it to us before we left. They got us our order. This place either needs more employees or they need to not take anymore phone orders if they are struggling to fulfill orders made in person. This place came recommended by many people because of a food influencer who said their ramen was amazing. First, their birria ramen has no meat in it. They took a Tampico ramen and added birria broth with water and added a lime Cilantro and onions and called it birria ramen. I'm so disappointed . Really I wanna give it a 3.7 but I'll round it up. I wanna start by saying the menu doesn't have prices for some reason and their beverages are pretty underwhelming. Besides that I actually found the food to be pretty good despite the consume not having much flavor (we had birria). For dessert we had fried oreos and ice cream and I laughed when it came with the store bought ice cream in a little cup with the lid already off. With that being said the fried oreo and ice combination was actually delicious. Customer service was as good as you'd expect it to be an hour before closing. Lasty they was in there saying nigga but there was not a nigga in sight oddly enough, so that really should effect the rating a little more but I'll be generous I guess. My girlfriend and I have been coming here for nearly a year. Previous experiences were great. Pricy but the birria tacos were tasty so it was always well worth it. We just ate here about 20 minutes ago and it's unfortunate how bad they've gotten. The meat was not seasoned at all and the Oaxaca cheese was expired and had a rancid taste. We couldn't stomach to eat after 2nd bite. I went to the window to return the order and the lady said she couldn't do anything about it and still had to charge us full price since she just worked there. So then I figured can you make a fresh batch and she rebutted that since we already bit into it they couldn't do that either. Horrible customer service.
