Our absolute favorite for both buffet and a la carte! The best naan in the area! Love the green chicken and samosas! Love the okra and all the chicken dishes! My husband loved the mixed grilled! Hands down our favorite for many years!

Papdi chat is a pass , watery curd , no spices . Papdi Chatt

We were having our lunch and the servers started their own food . We have to call them to make our next order. For the first time ever in an indian restaurant in the US , it was not a good experience Gulab Jamun was ok , my son liked it ,only good thing for this lunch.

"Average Indian food..!! Got kabab platter, whatever rest over from lunch buffet..." Yes, I heard about it a lot and my visit was not that satisfactory. first, they gave us corner seats and I can see a lot of tables were quite empty. The server was not that enthusiastic to serve us. and one big tall messy bulky guy was serving people like serving in Marriage 'BHOJ'. we ordered Kabab platter in appetizers and I had been to their lunch buffet and I can tell you, it is nothing different from that(Might be left over from Lunch buffet). not much option in chicken entrees, ordered chicken black pepper and it was full of black pepper, even after reminding them, they did not bother to change it (typical Indian rest attitude) The manager was courteous enough to ask us to pack the rest over food. The food was not bad, but yeah it was not that good. So average..!!

Not seasoned enough. Better than the last INDIAN place we tried. Naan is on point. Portions are chintzy. Shrimp was meh. Prolly not returning.

Maybe my standards are too high, maybe this is best north jersey has to offer. But regardless, this was quite DISAPPOINTING. Service, decor, etc was fine. Complaints but no highlights either. $12 Indian Buffet: Cons: - small selection (tikka masala and tandoori were the only meats, several veggie dishes, dosa, salad etc. WHERE'S THE VINDALOO???? - flavors were the biggest dispppointment. pretty much all the curries and sauces lacked complexity. The flavors fell flat in pretty much every dish. The tandoori chicken looked like tandoori chicken, but it was not only dry, it also lacked tandoor smokingness and was quite bland. The same can be said of the tikka. Pros: - the naan was pretty good. they bring it to ur table fresh. - the chicken in the tikka masala was actually the second most tender chicken in curry i've had. TOO BAD the sauce was bland, not only in terms of spiciness but indian flavors in general. Overall: I would not come here again, but maybe this is the best in the area. That made me sad to think about for the locals new jersians.

The food is generally good but forget the buffet on Sunday night. The food was lukewarm and it sat too long in the warmers.

I've been here many times, and I can confidently say that after Ming II closed, this is the best…read morespot for Indo-Chinese food in the Parsippany area. It's my go-to place. I've tried other dishes on the menu too, but let's just say, I've found those better at other places in the neighborhood. Yesterday, I visited with my family for our favorites--Hakka noodles, chili chicken, and fried rice. As always, they nailed it! The food was great. Since it was a weekday, the place wasn't too crowded--just a few people at another table. That said, a couple of things did take away from the experience. Moghul team--what's with the plastic glasses? They feel really cheap and don't match the vibe. Also, our server handed us a menu with visible gravy stains on it. That's definitely not okay.

During my visit, I experience decent customer service; employees are helpful (with navigating the…read moreVegan options of the menu) and kind. I order the Garlic Naan without butter. The first order comes out with butter though an employee discovers the incident then brings out a different order without butter. I really like Garlic Naan. I find butter to be a very strong flavor, kind of like the flavor of milk when eating cheese with milk in it. The butterless Garlic Naan carries the flavors of spices/condiments (on the table during my visit) very well in comparison to the Garlic Naan with butter. The Garlic Naan without butter may benefit from a light Olive Oil lathering before reaching/at the table of the customer (perhaps with a side of Garlic Powder or fresh, fine Garlic minces). The establishment takes different forms of payment. The establishment has different indoor seating options available.

A hidden gem in Parsippany .. we actually went to their Atlanta location and found about the NJ…read morelocation. Had been to paraippany area and wanted to surely taste their food . Good location and nice food. lots of space inside to sit and eat . Ambience was ok. Service was very good . We ordered food and picked it up from the restaurant. They were quick and did arrange the food soon. We did order few items .. biryani was just superbbbbbbbb.. even in Atlanta branch biryani was the best . Bai biryani and chicken tikka biryani were just tooooooo good . Spice level was just perfect . Chicken fry dry was the BEST . It went really well with biryani too. Vegetable biryani was ok. Taste was good too but could have been spicier . Chicken Kothu parota was the only thing which wasn't tasting as good as we expected . It wasn't spicy at all and tasted sweet ! Wish there was more aroma and authenticity to that dish .. overall we liked it so much . Good experience overall. 4 stars

Hard to decide how to rate here. Ordered ahead and did takeout…read more Masala dosas: excellent and large portion, though more expensive than some other plases in the area like Dosa House. But... did not come with sambar. Chutneys for the dosa; good. The tomato one in particular was very flavorful. Inside: very hot (even before the current heatwave, no a/c, but some fans). Hardly anyone there on a weekday lunch. Time for food to arrive: not quick, despite being almost empty. The real issue was the veg thali I got. The dal was tasty, but it was not sealed tightly so it fell apart in the bag. Thali had a tiny bit of sambar (which I gave to the person having the dosa). Rice pudding was good. A few pieces of cauliflower were delicious. Not a fan of the other things given at all (rasam is not enough for lunch; one curry that did not smell worth eating - red pepper based?; boring biryani). Other than the dal that mostly had spilled out, the very best thing here was: malabar parota, which was incredible. So: you can definitely get some very yummy things here: the dosa, the parota, the dal. If you want sambar with your dosa, I think you need to order it separately (& then it is even more expensive than other local places). I would not get the veg thali. Also, probably better to do takeout - but order well in advance because the kitchen might only have 1 or 2 people.
