Staff is very nice but it's basically one server at the counter waiting on multiple tables. We arrived when they opened for dinner and soon after, other customers showed up. Because we were the first few in the door, our entrees arrived sooner than others who came after. I was disappointed with the Thai iced tea, it lacked tea flavor and was more of condensed, excessively sweetened milk drink. I could only finish 1/2 and poured out the rest . We ordered 3 dishes and the portions were generous such that we had leftovers the next day. 1. Veggie Tom Yum Soup - was OK but I've had others with better flavor and wouldn't order this again. 2. Chicken pad Thai was the best dish of the bunch but it was very skinny rice noodles. It tasted better as next day leftovers after the flavors marinated overnight. 3. Pork green curry was watery and not green but looked more yellow. We had yellow curry at a Thai restaurant days earlier and thought that curry tasted more authentic and wasn't watery. We came here just on a whim and it's such a cute lil spot. We started with the crab Rangoon which was pretty good. Could use a little more crab. Alone it was kinda bland but with the sauce it was actually very good. I ordered the pad Thai with chicken. Honestly the flavor is very good but it was very unfortunate that the chicken and tofu came out very dry. Had it not been for that I would have given my dish an 8.5/10 but because of it unfortunately I can only give this a 6/10. My buddy got the pad kee ma ( drunken noodles) with chicken and again the chicken was very dry. It was also just kind of a bland flavor. Just a little disappointing. If they maybe added some garlic and a little more sauce I think it would have really elevated the dish. One thing I really like was it seemed like all the sauces were house made which is fantastic. I would still come back here to try some other food. But hopefully they can just get the meat to not be so dry. read more

"No views but good food" sign inside says it all. Tasty, hot food with lots of options and wonderful service at a family-run spot. Pad se ew was tasty, as was the mushroom beef and wonton soup. This review is specifically for vegan/vegetarians. The food was great and there are lots of options. The takeout menu has a vegan/veggie section so ask for that menu. We loved ever dish we got and the iced Thai tea was probably the best one I've ever had. The owner is also amazing and very sweet. We had so much fun talking to him! I was so glad to see that this restaurant had food choices like burgers, so I could order my favorite Thai dish khao soi and my husband got their special the loco moco. Everyone was very happy with their food choices. Parents got a burger that looked really good. They were very happy that they could order all three sides - french fries, onion rings, and a small side salad. My husband really loved the loco moco. They gave a huge portion of loco moco, and also provided a side salad. The salad wasn't just iceberg lettuce with a few carrots, this was actual nice dark leafy greens with tomatoes and cucumber. A very nice side salad indeed. With the loco moco it provided a very filling lunch. My khao soi was very delicious. Not very many places make it, so when I see it I have to order it. I also got a Thai iced green tea which was light, sweet, and hit the spot. The restaurant itself is very basic, but the food is great. Our server was very quick and very nice. Can't say enough about this hidden gem, as soon as you enter you are greeted, the atmosphere is not fancy but what it lacks, (which isn't much), the staff and food more than make up for. I again had the coconut soup, mild was too spicy for this gal however it is still so scrumptious that I ate a lot of it! AND the server offered to make me another one- great customer service!! I gave this place a try a few times about two years ago and ordered the Pad Thai. And I think because I am comparing it to a bunch of other very good Pad Thai that is in the Fairbanks area that I wasn't impressed. This isn't a knock on Yes.Noodle because I have also had some of the best rated Pad Thai in the area and still prefer my favorite place over all of the others. Usually when I find a restaurant and find something they do really well then that will be the order I most consistently get. For me and Yes Noodle, that is going to be the Thai Noodle Soup. Fantastic! I've never met a more positive restaurant owner. He explained all of their options, and how they had Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese and American food all in a "one-stop shop", as he said. It's a popular spot, and the reviews should give you a partial idea of why. I had the Tom Yum soup, a Thai classic, and it was delicious. A great option on a warm day. I had a spice level 3, which was warm with spice. If I had more of an appetite, I could have tried a few things here, but the portions are huge, along with the delicious flavors here. My soup had fresh tomato and basil, and large chunks of ginger in it. The ambiance of the interior is very well-lit, which is great during Alaska winters, even if a little bit bright. Consider it complimentary light therapy when you only have 3 hours of daylight outside. The restaurant looks very very clean, which is great also. Their customer service is always amazing, the atmosphere is friendly and cozy, the owner has always greater his customers personally and he is very friendly!!! My partner and I recently biked to his restaurant, the owner came outside to us and two other bikers and encouraged us to bring our bikes into his restaurant! This is very nice!
