This is a family owned restaurant operated by a mother and son team. They are so friendly and attentive - 5 stars!! The menu offers an extensive option consistent of Thai, Chinese, Korean, Japanese and American cuisine. Since the owners were Thai, we decided for stick with their Thai offerings. We got their Pad Thai, Khao Soon, & Green curry! Flavors were meh... way too sweet.

This review is specifically for vegan/vegetarians. The food was great and there are lots of options. The takeout menu has a vegan/veggie section so ask for that menu. We loved ever dish we got and the iced Thai tea was probably the best one I've ever had. The owner is also amazing and very sweet. We had so much fun talking to him! If I ever find myself back in Fairbanks I will definitely come back and recommend to all my friends who visit.

Yes Noodle Soup at Fairbanks, Alaska. Once you come in, the dining area is wide open and brightly lit from all the windows. It is clean. It is a family business. The host, hostess and all the people there are friendly, helpful and accommodating. They work efficiently as the foods come out fast. Foods are great. For my taste, the foods that I ordered were a bit on the sweet side. Even though I asked for more spicy, they are not spicy at all. Just add your own chopped chili or chili powder. Portions are great. Glad that I found this place.

4.5. This place was great. We were in town visiting with a couple aging parents that are very picky. I was so glad to see that this restaurant had food choices like burgers, so I could order my favorite Thai dish khao soi and my husband got their special the loco moco. Everyone was very happy with their food choices. Parents got a burger that looked really good. They were very happy that they could order all three sides - french fries, onion rings, and a small side salad. My husband really loved the loco moco. They gave a huge portion of loco moco, and also provided a side salad. The salad wasn't just iceberg lettuce with a few carrots, this was actual nice dark leafy greens with tomatoes and cucumber. A very nice side salad indeed. With the loco moco it provided a very filling lunch. My khao soi was very delicious. Not very many places make it, so when I see it I have to order it. I also got a Thai iced green tea which was light, sweet, and hit the spot. The restaurant itself is very basic, but the food is great. Our server was very quick and very nice. I believe the owner even came over and offered us a blessing after the meal. At least that's what I assumed it was. I would definitely go back again.

    Pineapple fried rice w shrimp.

Can't say enough about this hidden gem, as soon as you enter you are greeted, the atmosphere is not fancy but what it lacks, (which isn't much), the staff and food more than make up for. I again had the coconut soup, mild was too spicy for this gal however it is still so scrumptious that I ate a lot of it! AND the server offered to make me another one- great customer service!! Next time I'll get no spice. hubby had the pineapple fried rice w shrimp. Oh man! Soooo delish and the pork egg rolls were light fresh a crispy. If you want a good meal, give this place a try!!! It won't let you down!

Service was attentive and the establishment was clean and inviting. The cashew chicken was good but not spicy even though I requested medium heat. The creamy Tom yum soup was good but not as flavorful as I had hoped. This spot is a solid 3.5.

The service was so nice and welcoming, clean tables, plates, silverware, and a very cutesy spot to eat at. I feel as if it would be better to have my soup on a colder day . The soup was amazing, it really satisfied what I've been craving and the sticky mango rice was amazing, the mango not being bitter was a good sign.

The food is always good. Service is also good. But they are pricey. I'd love to come more often if the prices are a little lower.

Amazing Thai food and burgers, weird combo but they manage to nail it. Tom Kah soup and pad Thai are both excellent. Great spice!

Like any good Alaskan dining establishment, you'll find this hole in the wall a simple yet worthwhile experience. Try: definitely get the garlic chicken and fresh rolls. Their curry is also 10/10. My friend tried their beef noodle soup which was so flavorful and soul warming.

The staff in the restaurant were nice and we were able to get seated right away during dinner hours. The decor inside was very simple and casual. We ended up ordering chicken satay and egg rolls as appetizers, which both were decent. For entrees, we ordered pineapple fried rice (which you have to ask them to add pineapple to the fried rice item on the menu), beef massaman curry, tom kha gai soup (one with coconut milk), and drunken noodles with chicken. All the entrees were also pretty decent and flavorful, although I did find most of them to be on the saltier side. The meat in the massaman curry did also taste super soft but almost in a canned meat kind of way. We were also served water but everyone in our group felt like the water tasted weird, almost like there was some kind of cleaning supply or chlorine type after taste. We saw that they put lemons but there were no lemon taste in the water. We were all concerned by the taste and ended up not drinking any of the water (despite the food being salty and we really needed some). Overall, not a bad spot outside of the water situation, but not a spot I'd necessarily recommend given the price of dishes and value.

According to Northwest Travel and Life - Why so many Thai restaurants in Fairbanks? There was a migration of Thai people into the Alaska interior for gold mining; when that didn't pan out, many stayed needing a livelihood. Restaurants followed. Initially, the fam and I were supposed to head over to Lemongrass Thai Restaurant but after talking to our local uber driver she talked us into this spot. This was the best decision ever, this hidden gem located in downtown behind 1st street is worth the stop. The customer service very friendly, the floors were a bit sticky but please don't judge them by that because the Thai Food here is insanely delicious! Ordered Pad Kapao Chicken - Garlic sauce, bamboo shoots, bell peppers, basil leaves Pad Pak - Choice of meat with sauteed veggies in garlic sauce Drunken Noodle - Choice of meat stir fried noodles, eggs, veggies and fresh basil Pad zee ew - Choice of meat eggs, stir fried with homemade noodles and broccoli Fresh Spring Rolls - Veggies, soft noodles, eggs, wrapped in rice paper Thai Spring roll - Chicken bean thread, veggies, wrapped in pastry, deep fried - served with chili sauce There were four of us, more than enough! We even took some home. I have never been to a place that make their noodles like this. Living in California, I am use to the mass production of them the perfect shape, size and taste. Here everything is made from scratch daily! Not all noodles were the perfect shape or size but the texture and flavor were awesome! I was so happy to see sooo many patrons walk in after us! The only downside which wasn't the restaurant's fault was lyft and uber are basically non-existent - we tried for 30-45 mins to get a ride back to The Princess River lodge. If you are in this dilemma, walk across the street and head to the hotel, ask for taxi services and they will give you maybe 4-5 numbers. Should've don't this after 10 mins of waiting!! Our driver was quick and cheaper than the Uber. Pay them a visit, one of the best Thai food joints I've ever tried!!!

This place was close to the hotel and had good reviews so I gave them a try. Walked in for dinner and a woman with limited English asked if it was "to go?" I explained I wanted to eat here. She seemed disappointed and told me the bathroom was out of order (didn't care and want planning on using the bathroom but thanks for telling me). Ordered drunken noodles with shrimp and she didn't ask me how spicy I wanted my food (I like my food spicy). Food came out pretty quickly. Shrimp were a good size but looking at the dish I wasn't sure it had any NOODLES? On closer review the noodles were too thick and soggy/gooey. It just ruined the entire dish. Flavor wasn't bad (wished it was more spicy) but the gooey noodles were just too much. Fairbanks has lots of Thai options - DONT COME HERE!!!
