One of the movers was disrespectful and lazy. I had to confront him and tell him that I noticed he wasn't doing much and was actively wasting time. I had to ask him to do his job which was uncomfortable. The company convinced me that I needed 3 movers, however, only 2 of them actually did work so I paid for the 3rd for no reason. They damaged my furniture. Honestly a terrible experience and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Then they delivered what we needed to our house. They arrived exactly on time and all of them worked very hard. All three were extremely kind and patient--we had to open several boxes to see what was inside since our previous movers did not label them properly. One thing that stood out was the excellent teamwork among the three guys. Highly recommended and we plan to hire them again when our house renovation is complete and we can move everything else in.

So I was surprised to receive an email saying my date was changed to the unconfirmed date I asked about and my original date now being gone. I asked for a refund on the deposit as it was not a mistake on my end that the date changed and he said it was non-refundable. Your mileage may vary with the company.

Im glad I did because I ended up packing ahead of schedule and he and the team were able to get my move done a day early with one day notice from me. I was so thankful because then I had more help from my family to unpack. They wrapped everything well and nothing was broken, which wasnt the case with my movers I hired for my last move. I will say the crew (not Brandon) did start to get tired and off track toward the end but ​ended up completing about 30 minutes ahead schedule of my quoted price.
