One of the better bowling places in Cleveland ohio area. It's a new facility and the chairs are comfy and the place is spacious. They have an arcade space too so you can kill time while you wait for a lane to open up!

Here on a Sunday afternoon for a child's birthday party. They are understaffed so laser tag, axe throwing and the bar are closed. The few employees that are here are attentive and kind. There is a vending machine and water at the end of the bar.

The minimalist service contract with the Spins logo on it, but it was originated by Verso catering.

It's really a shame, because this place is a fraction away from being awesome, but the problem is their relationship with Verso, and outside caterer. I planned a group event here for some 17 Y O girls and struggled mightily to get Verso to call me back with details. It felt like they didn't want my business. I'd be told she'd be in at certain time, and then radio silence, no phone call. Or I would call and it would ring and ring with no voice mail. Who runs a business like that? After repeated calls and finally calling the bowling alley manager (who kept telling me it was out of his hands!) He eventually said he'd try to put something together, but then he never called me back. I persisted and finally got the event organized (this location was centrally locates to all attendees, so I was out of options. We showed up tonight for the event, and as you might guess, the catering/food/drink service was outright lousy. They were understaffed at the bar, and we were brought pizza 15 minutes late, but without napkins, plates, lemonade and water, & chips, which were all part of the package. I had to go to the bar to ask for these things and was handed a stack of plates and napkins. I waited a few more minutes and then was told the rest would be brought down. It took ten more minutes. I was hot. I poured drinks for the 8 girls we had present, but they only brought one pitcher of lemonade and one of water. I was able to get 5 glasses of lemonade out of the pitcher and walked it back to the bar for a refill. The bartender told me it would be $10 for another pitcher! And frankly, the two young ladies behind the bar were anything but attentive and polite. The event planner did such a poor job communicating, this was NEVER indicated in her emails or phone calls. And I've included a screenshot of the contract which doesn't really spell it out. Maybe that's my fault, but if your business depends on a poorly run caterer to provide substandard service, it's likely only a matter of time before your business is impacted. Or maybe you just don't care.

On a Saturday evening. In Ohio, in the winter and everything here is closed except bowling. We peeped the website on what this place has to offer. We decided to make the trip and check it out. Apparently on Saturdays you have to have a reservation to bowl. The arcade is opened but the prize area is closed. Axe throwing is closed. So unless you are privy to their schedule? You basically wasted a trip to their location. Customer service was absolute crap. My husband asked if I seen a bathroom and I told him everything that I seen was closed. I advised him to go back to the "friendly" counter person and ask him since he was so knowledgeable, insert Pure sarcasm

BBQ pizza, chicken tenders & garlic parm wings... more than our family of 4 could eat. Good leftovers!

Excellent upgrade at this location. Enjoyed the previous retro rink, but Spins' clean look appeals to a larger population. Staff are very accommodating. Happily changed the channel for my hubby to watch Penn State. Turns out it changed all the screens. They haven't washed away all the retro, though. Enjoyed some rocking 80s throughout our games. I also really appreciate the simple, but well done eats and craft draft beers available. The arcade also adds a nice twist of games that don't break the bank. All in all makes for a great, easy family outing.

We couldn't reserve a spot because of parties, but we really didn't have that long to wait. There are plenty of games to occupy you. The 'course' or whatever you call it was really cool. Lots of ramps and hiding spaces and plenty of room for 30 ish people at a time. Very safe and easy to understand and a ton of fun. My main concerns going in- *Can the harness accommodate larger adults? YES! Several of our guests are plus sized and they had no problem strapping the vest on. * can my 5 yr old niece play? YES! She was too small for a vest, but they gave her a gun and kid had a blast! (See what I did there?) Highly recommended. Great times

We booked a party for him, invited all of his friends and their parents, and expected a fun, organized experience. Unfortunately, the service was practically nonexistent. In fact, I can't even say the service was terrible because there really wasn't any service to speak of. We spent most of the time trying to figure things out ourselves and struggled to get assistance whenever we needed it. What made the situation even more frustrating was discovering that we were automatically charged a 20% service fee. For what, exactly? A service charge is supposed to reflect actual service provided, but we received little to none. Charging customers an automatic gratuity while failing to provide the level of service it implies is incredibly disappointing. When we brought our concerns to the manager, Maria, instead of taking responsibility or trying to make things right, she explained that one of her employees had called off. While I understand that staffing issues happen, that's an internal management problem--not the customer's responsibility. We still paid the full price for the party, including the mandatory 20% service charge. If customers are expected to pay full price regardless of staffing shortages, then the business should still be expected to provide the level of service those charges are meant to cover. Birthdays are important, especially for young kids. Families spend a lot of money to create lasting memories, and unfortunately, this experience left us feeling frustrated rather than celebrated. I hope RollHouse takes customer concerns more seriously in the future, reevaluates its automatic service fee policy, and ensures managers take accountability instead of offering excuses. Based on this experience, I can't recommend booking a birthday party here.

Before you can purchase your entertainment of choice, there is a QR code for parents or guardians to sign a waiver. We purchased the toddler time for around $16 with tax included. You also get $5 loaded onto a card for you to play some arcade games. This includes access to one room for toddlers to play in all day, but honestly there's not much to do to keep a toddler occupied all day in this room. Although the toddler room was disappointing, they are accommodating to the adults by having beverages available for purchase. Food wasn't too bad, so I can't be too upset with our experience. Was surprised they had fried cauliflower bites which was pretty good. Staff were very nice and helpful with any questions we had. Some of them were really interactive with the kids which made me smile. Overall, this place is probably better for bigger kids because they have more stuff to keep them occupied, like laser tag, rock climbing, ballocity, etc.. will probably try this place again when my kiddo is bigger.
