Jon, our sales rep, was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, flexible and took his time taking us to see every model we needed to make an educated decision on our RV. Collin and Josh in the finance department assisted us through the process, and helped us with our credit union, closing, and were so wonderful to work with. The service team was stellar, thoroughly taking us through the unit, front to back, inside and out. They explained everything, making us feel at ease taking our new RV home. WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM CAMPING WORLD of Grand Rapids, MI. These people have nothing in mind other…read morethan taking advantage of their unsuspecting customers. They switched RVs on me -- and thought that I would not notice! First, they gave me a VIN to insure only to replace it with a DEFECTIVE unit afterwards. Diana Hopkins (the salesperson who helped us purchase our first RV), resigned a couple of weeks after selling us the defective RV. Josh Miller (the Financing guy) took $10,000 for a down payment only to ask for another $2,000 because they added all kinds of frivolous charges (i.e., Freight, Prep, Vehicle Service Contract, Paint Protection, Tire & Wheel Protection, Roof Protection, etc.). This is a SCAM, by the way and a lawsuit was filed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Gpx25pxdyo&t=1192s. To make matters worse, the Tire Pressure Management System (TPMS) was not working and they allowed me to drive off with underinflated tires! Very dangerous! The walkthrough was a joke (took less than 5 minutes!) and Josh Miller (the Financing Guy) was nowhere to be found -- because his job of screwing me over is done! The wheel alignment was not done properly with some kind of shady "alteration" and became a pointing-finger game between Thor Motor Coach and Ford Commercial! Three months later, the problem was still NOT FIXED -- instead recommended me to buy a "stabilizer" to help in the wobbly sensation of steering the RV! The gross part: the drain pipe for the blank and grey tank was set horizontally (instead of vertically) -- which resulted to a VERY MESSY and DISGUSTING experience -- as the fecal matters and "residue" are stuck in the hose once detached from the drain pipe. After the lengthy back-and-forth, hotel and rental car costs, not to mention the hefty price of almost losing my job because I had to beg my boss to allow me to work remotely (instead of being onsite in the state of Iowa), Camping World just "washed their hands" and pretended like I am "just another number" and would walk away quietly after they have screwed me over. Well, I have news for you, Camping World: I WILL NOT BACK DOWN AND I WILL SUE YOU AND BROADCAST TO THE WHOLE WORLD THE CRIMES YOU HAVE DONE! Thanks... BUT NO, THANKS! Dennis Dizon

Stood at the gun counter for 2 hours on a Saturday without anyone even acknowledging I existed…read more Zero 9mm ammo on the shelf. I had been on the website and found two separate plinking rifles I wanted to buy, but after two hours I was over it. Went on the website again where I ordered and paid for them. Full seven days to get them from a store an hour away. NICS got "delayed" which is pretty common here, so I called to try and check the status after a week and after being hung up on before even answering by customer service, the guy who finally answered spoke like he hated having to work at all, and basically said it could take 30 days so there's no point in calling for a status update. Gun counter wouldn't even answer. 30 days to just hope I get a call about taking possession of my $1000 purchase. Incredible waste of time for overpriced products and rude customer service. This is one store our area could do without.

This is the perfect place to stop in to pick up your hunting license, to pick up your ammo, buy a new gun. If clothing is what your after they have boty men's and women's Casual or is you specifically need hunting, or fishing they can hook you up. Need a boating, kayak, or a 4X4 they can sell you one of those as well? They have it all under One roof. Spend some time going and visiting a Cabela's you won't regret it. I think it's a great family atmosphere. Especially around Christmas. They have the best north pole and santa comes to visit to sit with all the children for pictures. This is not just a store it's a family.

It's 8:45pm, we just checked into the hotel, and we're calling around for someone who has volleyball shoes in stock. These shoes aren't something you just go to Meijer or Wal Mart to purchase. Dick's Sporting Goods and Dunham's couldn't help us out. Thankfully we called Johnny Mac's! Not only did they have a variety of volleyball shoes for us to choose from, they stayed open 20 minutes past their closing time to take care of us and help us out of this bind. Their service was to notch! We weren't rushed to get out of there, Jeff and Hannah took the time to make sure we got EXACTLY what we needed and were well informed about what we were purchasing. Great people, great selection, great store! They've only been open for two weeks, they deserve your business, you owe it to yourself to pay them a visit. Tell them the volleyball family from Shelby Township sent ya!

I like them so much that I have three of them. I was excited to find this location and went inside to see what new outer wear they had to offer as all of my coats are over 10 years old. I was immediately greeted by at least two salespeople who pointed me in the right direction as to what I was looking for. This location offers clothing, outer wear, accessories and footwear for men, women and children. I wish that they offered more for men though. A few minutes later I discovered that not only was I being watched by a guy in a button up shirt and jeans but, he was following me around the store. NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE STEAL! I do not steal nor have I ever stolen anything in my life! And to think I was going to buy my daughter a new jacket for school. I have never experienced this in any other The North Face store or The North Face outlet store. So I looked around the store a little more, told the salespeople to have a nice day and left.

As a company, I have enjoyed REI's sustainability and environmental advocacy and dedication. I would recommend doing the lifetime membership. It's only $30 and iirc you get a $30 voucher after joining. This gets you future discounts but most importantly, access to the physical and online re-selling platform through REI. This is a great way to sustainably buy and sell items through a reputable source. I often use this resource and have been really grateful that it exists.
