The employees are helpful, I will ask for suggestions and I feel like they are honest and not trying to push the more expensive product just to make quota for the day. I know other people go in maybe having bad day, and feel they are being treated bad by employees when they are simply asking a question. I watched a guy go off on an employee for really something stupid. The conversation went something like this: Customer: I need such and such part for my car. Employee: what yr and make? Customer: 2000 vw Jetta Employee: what size engine? Customer: well shouldn't you know? Umm first off, how is one employee supposed to know what everyone that comes in the store drives and what size engine they have? Isn't more obvious that it's YOUR car and YOU should know what's under the hood? I think the employee handled it pretty good. But I can only imagine this happens all the time. So next time you go in, have some common sense folks!

When my dad greeted her, she didn't even look up, smile, or say hello. She just said, "Give me a minute," and kept wiping down the counter and organizing products right in front of us. We stood there feeling completely unwelcome while she ignored us to finish cleaning. We weren't going to just stand around waiting for her to feel like doing her job, so we found another employee who luckily was able to help us. But it didn't end there. When we went to the front to pay, Janet walked right past our register and made a total "stink face" at us. It was incredibly uncomfortable, completely unprofessional, and downright rude. Management seriously needs to train Janet on basic customer service and how to treat people. We will absolutely not be returning to this location.

They let me leave the first time with a broken OE end link. I even let them know the sound was way too loud to be what they initially thought was the ball joint bearing. They also installed my wing and I kept hearing weird noises in the rear. Turns out its the suspension, not the wing. However, when I looked to see if any bolts were loose, all of them were. I tried to tighten them but they just kept spinning. Smh. I let them know there's a loud slapping sound coming from the rear passenger, even sent a video, and they want to charge me to diagnose and fix it...said that they made sure to check all the torque specs. I highly doubt that. If they let me leave the first time with a broke part. I don't know how a shop can function this way. If you installed something incorrectly, you should look to fix it at no charge. They do not doo quality work at all. I would double and triple check your service if you plan to come here. Although customer service was decent, I will never come back to this place again. Service from the techs cannot be trusted.

I would not bring my car to dealerships where they may overcharge for similar service, especially if you're a woman & don't know much about auto parts. He also offers free delivery for fuel pumps & batteries in OC areas. And this guy can speak fluent Spanish! I would definitely recommend his store & service to all my friends.

So I used to just go around the corner to Autozone for any parts I needed for my car but my Dad…read morerecommended me to this place and at first I never knew it even existed but here they have all the parts you could ever possibly need for your car, literally anything from basic maintenance all the way to engine internals or drivetrain parts. I recently went to get a clutch kit and a few other parts for my car and found that the pressure plate was drilled a little off and wouldn't attach to my flywheel. So I went back to them and thankfully Alex gladly took the kit back and replaced it with a new one! Took that one back to the garage and it fit just like it was at home! And over this past month I've just been going crazy recommending this place to my other car friends. I also let my former high school auto shop teacher in on it so he could help other students save money and still get to work on their cars.
