Omar was very sweet upon walking into the store. I was greeted by him and a young lady. My front bulb was not working so he helped me find the right one by entering my car model and vin which was really helpful since I don't know anything about my car besides the color and make! So he found the bulb and his coworker Ryan came out to help since of course my car is stubborn lol.. they were very professional, courteous and friendly! I won't be going to any other auto zone!! Checked in last week to test and replace my weak old battery and Jaz was a terrific Sales Associate in helping me navigate the unfamiliar process with a positive and helpful attitude! I walked in the store and told Jaz I wanted to test my battery and she was sharp, focused, and ready to go. Jaz asked me to pop my hood and knew exactly what she was doing with the testing machine and informed me that while Autozone could charge my battery for me, purchasing a new battery would be a smarter decision for me since the one I had was so old and Autozone was offering great deals where they would knock $20 off my bill for recycling my old battery with Autozone too. Jaz's thorough and sensible persuasian skills helped me make an easy decision to buy a new battery since Autozone offered free installation with the purchase too! I appreciated Jaz's thoughtful suggestions to add corrosion preventing add ons for just $3 more and watching her competently install my new battery with her tools so effectively and efficiently took a huge mental load off my mind. Jaz is a terrific Professional with fun and easygoing vibes and I appreciated how her Teammate Daisy was using downtime to clean up the trash and litter around the store too! The Manager on duty Lucky also checked in to make sure my experience was going smooth and was postive and friendly with touching base with his Team as well. I'm really grateful Jaz helped me sign up for Autozone Rewards too because I got my first $5 off Email Offer which I plan on investing in coolant for our Sienna! Jaz showed me how the warranty works foe my new battery and how all the info is logged in their System in case something happens to my battery so they could switch it in the store right away. I'm really proud of Autozone for cultivating such a high quality reliable Brand that helps our Community take care of business swiftly with such friendly and well trained Professionals! I was able to find most of the parts I needed at AutoZone. My car recently needed a new key battery, so I came in to ask for help. One of the staff members was really nice and he helped me find the right battery and even guided me on how to open the car key and replace it myself, since it was my first time doing a battery change. Pleasantly surprising experience ever! As a woman Ive always been intimidated to buy auto parts or get auto services but Abraham made it so easy for me. I needed a washer fluid and couldn't find it so he helped locating the item by walking himself to the isle and grabbed the item and took it to the front. Very dry guy who seemed bothered to do his job and complete basic tasks for the only customer in the store.
