This most recent time was about a loose glass door, that's already loose and needs to be fixed properly, and the associate asked my child not to touch the glass door. They barely grazed the door and it lightly tapped glass against glass. Nothing broke, nothing was in danger of damage, just incompetent employees hovering for no reason. Today Build-A-Bear was the highlight of the day & I recalled this location by remembering how quiet & organized it seemed in passing when visiting Knott's. Upon arrival my son was showing an abundance of anxious behaviors unaware of how things go since it was his 1st time visiting the store himself. He became fixated on the display Bowser since the unstuffed were deemed broken in his eyes. Alex a worker at this location asked if we were ready to be helped & I explained further how my son was on the spectrum & had some nerves, Alex to me went above & beyond for proceeding to offer the display to my son as a form of comfort as we made my son's new Bowser to take home, Alex explained step by step the process making sure my son was aware of any change in sounds while stuffing his Bowser. Their kind demeanor really made all the difference & seeing the level of inclusion my son felt when "starting" Bowser's heart left him leaving the store with so much happiness & confidence than when we had arrived. A billion thank you's to Alex & staff for making my baby feel so special today!

As a single mom I have to save to be able to afford something like this. Anyways yesterday while picking their stuffies someone named Madi greeted us and asked if we needed help but with an attituded. I said I think we are okay, my kids are just having a hard time deciding on what to get. I wasn't even finished telling her that when she just walked away. That was the 1st thing she did that was rude, but I decided to ignore it. Once my kids decided on the stuffies they went to get in line to get them stuffed. Madi greeted us again at the sound and smell station. She asked if we were going to put a sound or smell on them and I kindly said no we aren't adding anything to them. Since I wash my kids stuffiess often there's no need to put any of that on them. Plus, I'm on a budget. That's when she said as she's walking away "OH SO LEAVE THEM PLAIN AND BORING JUST THE WAY THEY ARE". I was shocked to say the least that I even teared up. I had so many emotions going through me, but I'm not confrontational so I didn't say anything. If my kids weren't so excited about getting them I would have walked out of the store. My oldest 11 heard her and said no mom our stuffies aren't boring. But why plant that seed in a child's brain. I was so mad. Luckly we were called next to get their stuffies stuffed. We were met with Johnnie, one of your best employees ever. She was kind, caring and attentive to us, she made this experience wonderful. And to top it off a memorable and positive experience for the kids and I. Once Johnnie was done she wished us a happy and safe drive home. I thanked her and told her about our experience with her co-worker with tears in my eyes. She got up and hugged me, and she apologized on her behalf. And she wished for us to have a positive experience at the store. That was extremely sweet of her. Anyways upon check out I was met again with Madi. She continued with the negative attitude and made me feel super uncomfortable. I'm not sure if its because of my raise but she didn't seem to have the same attitude with other customers just with me. Johnnie got up and wished us again a safe trip home and she hopes to see us again. Madi kept telling her to move to the other side of the counter because she wanted to help another customer. At this point Madi hadn't even given me my receipt and Johnnie was just saying goodbye. It didn't take more than 30secs. Her rudeness was uncalled for, for myself and the employees. I'm truly really disappointed that someone like Madi works with your company. This was supposed to be a positive experience all the way around. I'm thankful we bumped into Johnnie because our full experience would have been a disaster. I would have given this a one star if it wasnt for Johnnie's great customer service. Hope you can make changes to your customer service and get better employees in your stores.

It's soooo sweet and delicious smelling lol I love the body sprays so much! Today though, I was on the hunt for a different scent. Since we needed hand soap, and not body spray, I wanted the scent to have a more "home-like" feel. My husband and I settled on the Mahogany Cherry. The smell has bright cherry, rich mahogany and fresh vetiver. That is the only scent we both liked for the house. I actually liked the lemon and citrus smells, but he didn't.
