I only purchase when I feel time is right, and in those three years I've purchased only three times. And yet every time they greet me with a smile! That's the way to build a business relationship. And when things go wrong? I was recently given the wrong box for a watch I purchased at closing time. (I got the watch all right, just the wrong box.) It was resolved before opening the next day. Perfect! Everyone in the store is wonderfully helpful. I usually deal with John F and John P while looking at watches, and every time it's like visiting old friends. Why go anywhere else?

They…read morewere patient as I tried on just about every ring in their selection. 1 star deducted because the rep kept telling me the diamond I was interested in was a natural diamond, not lab grown. This mattered because there was a difference in the sale price (25% vs 30%) and because even without the sale the ring was more expensive than similar styles, and I was told it was because it was a natural diamond. Long story short, they gave me the paperwork folded up, in its little folio, after I bought it. Turns out it's a lab diamond. Thankfully, I love it and don't care - but what if I did? Pretty obvious they made a mistake and instead of owning up to it they successfully hid it. Another star deducted because they offered $900 for a necklace and ring I got $1800 for elsewhere. I expected them to be less... but THAT much less? That feels sus.

It became a favorite of mine and unbeknownst to me, I didn't realize my sister had always loved that ring. I decided to try and make a replica so that both of us would have one. I have never had anything custom made before, but since I had a friend, Elizabeth, who worked for Kirk & Company Jewelers I thought, who better to replicate my mom's ring than where she works! The customer service there is awesome! Everyone is super friendly and very personable. They walked me through the process and helped me pick out the materials and jewel for the new one. They also kept me up to date via text and email throughout the entire workings of the ring. End result? A beautiful job helping me create a slightly different but very similar version of my mother's ring. And when it came to the final fitting, it slid on like a glove.
