I am a car guy, love my cars and like to keep them as clean as possible. I was looking for a detailer in the area and took the chance on this business based on a yelp review. The place is a bit hard to find, on a side street off main, but they do have a decent sized detailing area and parking space. The paint on the Audi was already in good shape but the interior needed some cleaning. Since it is an old car, almost 20 years old, I was willing to take a chance with the paint correction and the ceramic coating. It is almost a days long effort, but when I went to pick the car up, It did looked brand new! Me and my daughter's excitement can not be explained when we looked at the final product as the car had transformed, smelt great, had a nice shine and the ceramic coating enhanced the colors of the window panel and is most noticeable on the windshield as the clarity has greatly improved. Other areas that I would call out are the headlights which were restored and the engine bay, which showed colors that I had not seen before post cleaning. Keeping all the improvements aside what I liked about the service was that these are honest, hardworking folks, who take pride in their work. Jose had the same big smile as we did when we went to inspect the car. Now that is a sign of a person who stands behind his work. It has been three weeks so far and the car still looks great. There was some stubborn bird poop on the hood when I arrived, but instead of safely power washing it as they claim to do, it's clear a scraper or abrasive tool was used--leaving visible scratches that cut through the paint. This damage happened during the wash itself--not before. To make matters worse, other spots of bird droppings weren't even cleaned, so the job wasn't even done properly. When I brought this to Jesus' attention, I was met not with concern or professionalism, but hostility and aggression. I calmly asked him not to put his hands in my face, yet he continued to do so and even swiped at me as I was getting back into my car. His response to the scratches? Repeatedly offering to "buff it out," which is not a solution when the paint is physically damaged. No apology. No explanation. No refund. Just defensiveness and an aggressive attitude. The experience was unacceptable from both a customer service and vehicle care standpoint. This place is already overpriced for what you get--but worse, you may leave with more damage than you arrived with. I will never return and strongly recommend against this car wash to anyone in the Lower West Chester area.
