Splash Pool Service has maintained and kept our pool looking great. Our technician Sebastian, is friendly and always helpful in answering and addressing any of our concerns. We receive a service summary once the service has been completed that entails and summarizes our service and includes photos, chemical treatment, key measurements and recommendations . Our pool is always left clean and safe for our family to swim in and enjoy!

This business acquired my pool company. The original pool company was great and cared about us as customers. My first red flag was that in their pool report they stated the pool was not salt. Then I get a random text asking if we wanted it filters cleaned. Once I got them to give me an answer in the salt then I agreed. The tech left and 6 days later went to use my spa. The breaker had been off for the entire week. My pool smells disgusting, we have algae forming and lots of alerts regarding salt. I have reached out to Keri who originally text me as well as the owner and no response. Such a shame to go from fantastic service to horrible service and communication.

Another bad week from Splash Pools.

We have been working with Splash Pools since before COVID for weekly pool cleaning and annual pool repairs. While the work started fine, the service really started going downhill after the business was sold about 6-9 months ago. They have switched pool cleaning techs on us many times, with some being ok and others being bad. In the past 6 months, no one ever picked up the phone anymore at the main office. After I left several emails and phone messages to have the manager call me in the past month, he never did (only eventually emailed). They said their phones were broken for many weeks, but that doesn't excuse the ignored email request for a call back. Worse than that, our service tech didn't seem knowledgeable about pools (was always having to ask the main office or Google things), nor did he keep track of our filter cleaning schedule, and generally seemed unmotivated, even with the potential of a tip for good work. I told him how important the pool is as I'm an avid scuba diver and am teaching our young children how to swim. He rarely got the suction cleaner out, and I never once saw him even attempt to clean the tiles. In the past month before ending our service, the pool was green with algae twice, each time for a week but never fully recovered, and foggy with white chemicals for an additional other week trying to fix it. If nothing else steers you away of this now struggling company, within a week or switching service providers the pools was already the best it looked all summer. Two weeks later and it's so much better that I seriously regret not switching AWAY from Splash Pools SOONER. The ONLY saving grace of the whole company was Brian, who was with the company for a long time before the recent ownership change. Brian is polite, efficient, effective and was the only reason I stayed as long as I did. He helped us on many occasions, especially in the past two months, to help correct all the mistakes our weekly tech made. If Brian becomes the manager Splash Pools might become better again, but until then, swim elsewhere.

He never went into my backyard to clean the pool yet he sends me an email saying my pool chemical levels are ok. The emails are falsified.

I have a broken pool vacuum hose seal that's broken and I can't remove the pvc leftover to install a new seal? Is that something that you can fix?

Possibly. We would need to take a look at it. Our minimum fee would be a $125 service call, unless it is more complicated.

Do they work with UV/Ozone Pools?

I’m sorry. We do not at work on those systems.

We have a leak at pool equipment, is that something you can fix or can your recommend a company that could fix it?

We can fix above ground leaks at pool equipment, we do not fix any underground leaks. We can assist with this. Please click on the link below to make a request for service. We provide free estimates on all services and repairs.:… Read more

Hello. Do u know of a company that does repairs on half in-ground, half above ground hot tubs?

    No. I’m sorry we don’t

Do you repair or replace heaters if necessary?

Yes. We give free estimates, but we would need to come out and evaluate the pool to determine what it would need and the cost for repairs.… Read more

Has anyone used Splash Pool for an acid wash ? Looks like some raving reviews, and have high hopes that they can help us out.

We have not used them for an acid wash. Give them a call, if they don't do it, they will probably recommend someone they know to do the job. They are the best at all the services we have needed.

Do they provide "one time" service. I just need my pool & spa cleaned & set up?

Yes. We do provide one time service. We would need to send the service manager out to evaluate the pool and give you a free estimate.

To be fair, part of this 2-star review has to do with a restoration of a fountain that this company…read moredid, which turned out worse than before they started. And it cost us $1900, and our fountain now has big smears of white caulk, which I am currently looking at from my front window. I had been assured that the pump motor had been installed in such a way that it could be cleaned and serviced. Imagine my surprise when I got into the box and discovered that the inlet and outlet had been glued in place with pipe cement, preventing any access to the pump. I had to cut the two pipes out with a hacksaw just to clean the water passages. And please look at the supporting photos, which include a shot of the nightmare inside the fountain foundation. A mess of pinched and collapsed plastic fittings, held together with electrical tape, which surprisingly isn't really meant to be underwater. It took me all afternoon to undo the damage and prepare for a real fountain repair company to do things right. Maybe don't have them work on your fountain. Anyway, pool cleaning. So, multiple times, we had to ask somebody to return and do a better job, after discovering a lot of dirt still left on the bottom and stairs. On one of these occasions, whoever came back to improve things decided that the stairs looked fine with all the dirt still left on them. And on other days, it would be fine. The weekly chemical report often had wildly inaccurate readings. More than once I had to ask things like, "Did you really put 17 gallons of chlorine in?" "Oh, there's a glitch in the software program..." (I'm paraphrasing, but you get the idea). So, who knows what other inaccuracies were in the chemical report? It's not to be trusted if it's having a "software glitch." Enjoy these pictures of the fountain caulk and the dirt on the pool steps - and this was after somebody came out and made a second try. This is a pretty new company, and maybe they just need some flight time to get the bugs worked out. Also, maybe they shouldn't claim to be able to work on fountains. If you want a solid, consistent pool service, these guys are not there yet.

He always follows through on every instruction I provide, and week after week, the service is thorough and reliable. I've worked with two other pool service companies in the past, and neither comes close. They usually started off strong, but their quality quickly declined over time. In previous years, poor maintenance even caused my pool to turn completely green. Since switching to Priority Pools, I haven't had that issue once. I don't often go out of my way to recommend companies, but Priority Pools--and especially Alejandro--have absolutely earned my trust.

We've used Priority Pools since our brand-new pool was completed three years ago, and the…read moreexperience has been extremely disappointing. In that time: * The heater has failed twice (and is currently not working again) * The chlorinator has been replaced * The pool lights have been replaced twice * The silver quartz finish already looks stained and bleached Maybe some of this is poor Hayward Industries equipment, but it's hard to know because the service tech changes constantly -- about every 6 weeks -- so there's zero accountability or continuity. This is a saltwater pool, yet instead of properly diagnosing or maintaining the chlorinator system, they routinely dump gallons of liquid chlorine into the pool every week. Actual "service" often feels limited to: * Emptying the leaf basket * Lightly brushing the pool * Adding chemicals And nearly everything beyond that becomes an extra charge: * Chemicals? Extra. * Filter cleaning? Extra. * Repairs? Extra. * Someone coming out because the system they maintain stopped working? Extra. Worse, many of the techs seemed unfamiliar with how the equipment even operates, making service calls frustrating and unproductive. What really bothered me was adding up the actual cost over three years. Once you include all the side charges, repair calls, chemical add-ons, and maintenance fees, the true cost is easily several times higher than the advertised "weekly service" price. The marketing and online reputation look polished, but our real-world experience has been expensive, inconsistent, and lacking accountability.
