I used Splash window cleaning for the first time last year, and as I plan for a deep cleaning of my home this month, I am definitely using Splash. They do a great job, are extremely professional, wear shoe covers so they don't track anything in the home and clean what needs to be cleaned. I had asked for them to wash my screens, but they suggested what screens should get brushed, rather than washed, so I didn't have to spend as much money. Splash has easy online scheduling. I was pleased to see an informative confirmation email that detailed what to expect immediately after booking. The technician gave me a call to let me know when he would finish his current job, and another call to let me know he would arrive in approximately 30 minutes. After a quick walk around the house he gave me a quote, and immediately got to work after I accepted. We have a lot of tall trees on our property and the pine trees on one side get pine needles all over our shallow-sloped roof. I was extremely delighted and impressed that Andrew blew the debris that came from the gutters/roof off of the side yard walkway, back patio, front porch, and blew the leaves off of our entire (long!) driveway. It looks better than it has all winter! He also made sure to let me know that there is some rusting inside of the gutters, which I wouldn't be able to see without getting up there! Extremely pleased with the service. It took about 1.5 hours. I definitely tipped and will call again next time we need this done. read more

I really wish every contractor/vendor I deal with had the same approach and attitude as this company and the crew that did the work. From booking, to making changes to the date, to the end of service they were a pleasure. Andrew and the other young man who came to my house were very impressive. They were polite, professional, hard working, and careful. I was really amazed, and grateful, with the care they handled furniture, etc. in my home. They cleaned a wall of windows that included three two story windows, a two story foyer window, a very large chandelier, insanely high ceiling fan, and four other normal windows. The surfaces on all were just awful. We moved into the home in June and who knows when the last proper cleaning had been. They all sparkle now! And, for a fair price. Other quotes were just stupid and price gouging which is why it took a few months to actually hire someone. I'm never looking elsewhere for service Splash can provide. They're that good. read more

I saw a deal on living social and before purchasing I had a question regarding square footage for pressure washing. I called three times over the course of 10 days, left messages all three times. This is one of the best companies I've hired in a long time. In December, a few days before my holiday guests were to arrive, I realized with a panic that I would not be able to wash the floor-to-ceiling cathedral windows in my living room, and they looked pretty awful when the sun shone through. I had recently undergone shoulder surgery and I just wasn't able to tackle the job. I called a few window cleaners and found Splash was the only company willing to add me to their already full schedule just three days before Christmas. They did a beautiful job, absolutely spotless, and kindly agreed to add a gigantic glass-sided chandelier and an 8 foot mirror on a two story fireplace. They did a great job cleaning my windows in Buckhead. The online booking was user friendly and the customer service was great. The only reason I did 4 stars is because they give you a 2 or 3 hour window on when they will arrive instead o a set time. They do call you 30 min ahead of arrival which was helpful. read more
