Splash was a referral through an exchange on Facebook. I was relieved that there was such a service as our second floor windows are actually 3 floors up from the basement and we do not have tilt out windows. I was so tired of the spider webs and the leaves and dirt piling up. When I contacted Splash we set an appointment time. Then, they are diligent with reminders to be sure you remember your appointment time and the name of the person coming to your home. Upon arrival they give a quote for which you can agree and service is performed then or not agree and they move on. Pricing was fabulous and the work was completed efficiently and with great detail. All windows, and there are plenty, were done by hand. Love this service and Splash and will call them again. Oh, by the way, it was Andrew who did the work. The guys arrived early, and called prior to arriving to make sure that an earlier arrival was OK with me. They were clean, well-mannered and respectful. They started by introducing themselves and briefly explaining how they work. Once they got started they were quick and careful, but the best part was the quote: it was SO MUCH LESS than what I was expecting. I've had family members get their windows washed professionally from other companies, and their quotes were much higher for fewer windows! I was so pleasantly surprised! Even better though, they completed the job (29 double hung windows and 3 French doors) in less time than quoted AND they were gorgeous! No streaks, no smudges--just sparkly clean. We have used Splash Window Cleaners to clean our gutters two times in the last year! They have done an excellent job; from the booking of an appointment right on through the end result! We had no trouble getting an appointment that was good for us and the day of, Andrew called before he was due and let us know he was on his way. He explained exactly what he would do and gave us an estimated completion time. He was very accurate. Upon completion,we were asked to go and check to see if we were happy with the work. We used Splash Window Cleaning to clean our gutters through a Liviing Social voucher. It was a wonderful experience in every way - from the appointment setting, confirmation, reminders, a detailed email about what to expect from and during the service, and follow up. Andrew was excellent as well - very professional, hardworking, and did everything they saiid they would do. My wife hired this company to clean out our gutters. Apparently the tech was exteremly late, and refused to clean our yard after he decided to leave the gutter trash all over the place. I ended up having to clean up the mess myself after my wife paid (I was at work). I contacted the owner and she gave me an attitude. I sent pictures of the mess, and they never addressed the issue. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! The only good reviews seem to come from employees / friends of this company apparently! read more

This is the third year in a row I have called Splash Window to come clean gutters at my house and I have had a 100% positive and 100% consistent experience year after year. It also says something to me about a company when I have the same person come out for three years - means they probably treat their folks well if there isn't a lot of turnover. I'm definitely going to use this company again. They send email reminders leading up to the scheduled day. The lead technician, Andrew, called when they were about 30 minutes out and they showed up ahead of schedule. They explained everything up front about the scope of the work, answered all questions, and never pressured me into additional services. They not only showed up the day they were scheduled, they actually showed up on time! Which is a rare and wonderful trait in the service world. They did a great job, and were very polite. This is the cleanest my windows have been since we moved in nine years ago. They had four years of dirt and grime built up but Splash Window Cleaning was up to the challenge. Andrew normally cleans our gutter twice a year and does an AMAZING job! He is SO polite and I appreciate that he double checks that the fence gates are closed after he leaves so the furbaby won't get out. Excellent experience. I used a Living Social voucher to have my gutters cleaned. Scheduling was easy and Andrew did a great job. He even fixed an area where the gutters were pulling away from the roof, and cleaned up the yard and driveway when he was finished. No unexpected charges.
