I didn't want to leave a negative review because my first experience was great. I was very happy with my hair, and I had no issues at all. However, after my maintenance appointment on May 12, I started experiencing problems. Within a week, my extensions began falling out. I contacted Jessie and explained the situation. He told me he didn't have time to fit me into his schedule that week but said he would get back to me. I told him that was completely understandable and was willing to wait. Unfortunately, it is now June 12, and I have not received any follow-up communication. In the meantime, my extensions have continued to fall out. I paid $350 for the maintenance appointment, during which a few additional pieces were added to the front. The new pieces do not match the extensions that were previously installed, making the difference noticeable. I was hoping this issue could be resolved directly, but after waiting a month without any response, I felt it was important to share my experience. I'm disappointed because my initial visit was such a positive one, and I expected better communication and support when a problem arose. read more

I can say that I'm satisfied because they want to make sure that their customer is also satisfied with their service. My hair is somewhat ash brown. They have a nice entrance that has the sign of their hair salon. There are 2 cute dogs around that will keep you entertain and in awwww. Price is reasonable compared to other hair salon in the area. However, I went in for a color, and wanted an ash brown and got like a copper/red instead. It still turned out super pretty, but disappointed that it wasnt the color I asked for. Im hoping after a few washes the red will subside into like a caramel brown. I would still come back to get services here, but will be sure to ask if it can be done to avoid any surprises. I was recommended here and I scheduled an eyelash extension appointment with Arlene. I drove from the OC to West Covina for our appointment. She arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes late to our appointment. I reached out to her via text and via Instagram to see if she was still showing up and after a long while, she responded that she had a flat tire. She was apologetic for being late but I thought it was a lack of professionalism on her part for not letting her clients know ahead of time of her late arrival. The eyelash extensions themselves were okay. Pretty uncomfortable and kept falling down and irritating my eyes. They lasted about 2 weeks until I couldn't stand the uncomfortableness and just took them out myself. I hope other people have had a better experience. read more

Also, It is important to note how businesses are operating during these times and I want to make sure patrons understand this is the new norm. Ever since COVID-19 happened, like most guys (even girls). I was looking kind of shaggy. With the quarantine, I had to stay put until we were able to get haircuts indoors again. When the lockdown/shutdowns of businesses were relaxed, I made sure to come back to Christina because how well she cuts my hair. I'm extremely happy with how my hair came out. The whole booking progress was extremely easy. You click the link in his bio... then select what type of hair style you would like (just make sure you let them know so you pick the right one) then his availability pops up. You sign up and your all set for your appointment. Mine was (next day) again, I can't believe how fast this was, I was just flaked on by another person so I'm glad I had a next day appointment. Once you arrive to the salon it's cute and clean. JayJ was extremely nice & worked well, I felt like I was getting a head massage weird for braids I know but he wasn't pulling hard or anything!
