I was on my way to get a covid booster at a drive through spot up by Tasman . Not a great location for me but I had my toddler with me so it seemed the easiest option . I ended up getting a flat on the freeway and luckily made off Coleman-at a Starbucks . While triple A put on my spare on I called a handful of places in the area that couldn't take me or told me it would be hours to even look at my tire . JD tires told me they could take me right away and if they needed to replace my tire they could get it within 30 minutes . They ended up replacing my tire and I spent a total of 40 minutes there - and with a toddler it wasn't that bad . Price was reasonable and they gave great service. I would drive back here in the future even though it's not super convenient. read more

Cracked my rim took them 2 days for a welder to come fix it ... I bought 3 more tires ... until I said forget it let me buy 4 new rims and tires ... I was told my tires would be here two days ago then got called yesterday saying sorry it's been delayed ... then again 2 days later I called out of work and called in to see if my tires were now here.... Same thing again another delay and was told tommorrow it has now been 3 days they gave me back my car with a off color rim in the back and said drive around until we're ready...... worst experience I've ever had with buying tires in my life if your in need and are spending more then 2 grand go somewhere else where you know your car will be ready when promised.... I had popped in without an appointment to get all 4 brakes done & 1 TPMS sensor. They were able to take me in quickly and complete the service while showing me the fully beaten down pads to confirm they weren't exaggerating the need for replacement. My tire had a flat yesterday due to a nail from the road. Unfortunately it was late afternoon on a Saturday so there were not many paces open for me to go to get it fixed. Checked out the reviews of a few places that were open and willing to see the tire close to my home. The reviews were all over the place and some very concerning though the overall rating was not bad. Unsure of who to go to, decided to wait it out till the morning (Sunday) Found JD on Yelp and Google and it was a short drive from my place. Reviews, though very few in comparison to others, were very positive. They were friendly, they were quick, very reasonable and had me out of there faster than I expected, was even happier that I didn't waste all of my Sunday morning getting a tire fixed. Went in and was well taken care of in replacing the run lady tires I needed for my 2022 GLC nice people easy to work with and was way better priced than anyone else I called plus they were able to get the tires in stock within about 45 minutes of my arrival while everyone else wanted me to order it and wait a few weeks. Went to bring my car in for an alignment, got me in pretty fast. My cars tie rods were rusted out so they tried to adjust them. They recommended me to replace them, and they would have to charge me for another alignment. Once I replaced them. They showed me the sheet of adjustments, it looked like they made small changes, but It didn't feel any difference on the road with my steering wheel still turned to the right as before. Would have been nice for them to align my car for free or at a discount once I replaced tie rods. I will not be doing business here any further, I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

These people are BAD ASS!!! i had a right rim crack on my s class for almost 2 years and anywhere i went they said it was "impossible" to fix and because it was lightly cracked on the lip, that i needed to buy either a new one and that nobody could replace it, so i went to " Kwiksilver" in san bruno, and the lousey argentinian charged me $200 dollars and a 2 day wait for a cheap job that only lasted 2/3 months tops and started losing air like usual!!! SMH! When i took my car to JD TIRES my amazing Mexican people took my tire off and got to WORK! This is an honest review and I wanted to thank Francisco and his crew for hooking me up with some nice wheels and tires on the spot! In 2017 I bought my Honda with custom 20" rims and low profile tires. They were definitely not meant for that vehicle, especially as a daily commuter. I drive to and from San Jose to Santa Cruz for work and decided it would be best to purchase smaller rims and bigger tires for safety reasons. I was concerned that I wasn't going to be able to find a place open on a Sunday, but thanks to Yelp I was able to find this gem. My husband and I pulled up around 9AM on a Sunday morning and was greeted right away. We expressed our concerns about my wheels and tires and Francisco was very enthusiastic about helping us out. He was extremely genuine, kind, and honest about what would be best for my car. They have many options for custom wheels and Francisco even offered to place rims on the car before purchasing so that you can see what it will look like. I picked the ones that I wanted and they went to work immediately. They also painted my calipers and did an alignment for free. My husband and I were out of there by 1030AM!! Found this place on Yelp while I was looking for my old favorite place, which is now closed. I actually think they may be the same people...which is great! I came to get a tire alignment because mine was pretty bad. Unfortunately, since I waited so long, the inside of my front left tire was almost bald from rubbing, so I purchased two used tires. For the tires and the alignment, it was very reasonable priced. I wish I could remember, but I don't recall how much the total was, but it wasn't bad at all. It took about an hour, which is fine because there is a shopping center near by to walk to. I came back a few months later because I had a tire that was leaking air. I went to get a used repalcement, but it was just a nail, so I had the tire patched. $15 and 10 minutes later, I was good to go! Will definitely keep coming here. read more

I took it to another shop with a trusted mechanic who told me nothing was wrong with the car. Went back to complete the alignment and left with nothing but an argument on how they won't do it unless i fix "whats needed". I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Somehow, I managed to run over a nail and puncture 2 holes in my brand new tire. The place where I bought the tires a few months ago is off the radar. Maybe they closed? Went on vacation? I can't tell. I called and went by many times, to no avail. Despite the existing warranty, I finally gave up and took my car to Costco. What did they do? Couldn't help me, but gave gave me an appointment to "look" at the tire in a few days. Apparently, looking at the tire includes taking it off, destroying the tire (that was perfectly usable, though not indefinitely), replacing it with the spare donut, and advising me they had to order a new tire that would be here between 3-10 days. Sigh. I don't have multiple cars and drivers at my disposal, so ... thanks for absolutely nothing. I called JD Tires at 2pm, and they were SO helpful. First, they didn't have the tire immediately in stock, but did run over to their own warehouse to grab it. They got my car fixed and ready to go in under an hour. Not only that, they were $55 cheaper than Costco. I was so grateful, that if we weren't in the middle of a pandemic, I could have hugged Angel and Vanessa (I think that was their names) for being so kind and helpful. I will definitely be back. We asked for a cheaper poplar brand which we went with "Ironman" however one of my tire censors was broken which explains why I had a light that would click off and on Angel, came to us with all the details on why that was.
