We called ahead, and the gentleman who answered, Jesus, was incredibly kind and patient. He took the time to help me check if they had our tire size available. and thankfully, they did. Once we arrived, he greeted us right away and got to work immediately. What really stood out was that he stayed a little past closing time just to make sure our car was taken care of properly. I had just got new tires installed at Americas tires, unfortunately my car has "unicorn tires" that require special order so it's really hard to find at most places. Since Americas tires doesn't do alignments I called places nearby, most didn't answer and some just overpriced the quote because I'm a female. I called Fierros tires near by that had charged my roommate (a dude) 80 for a alignment his newer ford car last week - but when I called (a female) they tried to tell me 100 - so I passed. I proceeded to go down the line of nearby spots that provide alignment services and Gutierrez tires answered immediately, there's a slight language barrier because they're a Hispanic owned business but had a kind young gentlemen assist on the phone to provide me the price of 80 bucks to align my car. They do not take appointments, first come first serve - at least from what I was told on the phone today. Be sure to call ahead to make sure they have what you need in stock. Overall, I was sold just by the fact that they immediately answered my call, were respectful, and honest regardless of my gender. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone. Only thing I will warn is the shop entrance is very narrow gated with chain link fence, so be very careful when trying to pull up so you don't miss it because the road they're on is a one way street. When I pulled in they immediately propped up my car and started working on my car. It seems to be ran by a small family team, but I love that. Take my money and my business! I'll definitely be back! This review is long overdue but I really loved the honesty, service, and price of this place. On Sunday I had a leaking tire and most places (including my regular mechanic) were closed or fully booked. I called them as a Hail Mary and they took me in asap, patched my tire for $20, and recommended when to swap them for best performance. This has to be the best experience I've ever had at an auto shop. Not only was he extremely kind and a great value, but he even went as far as to pack up tools and DRIVE out to where my car was stuck to install the tire for me in a random parking lot. My Toyota Highlander (awd) had a flat tire which I had "quick fixed" using the tire repair aerosol cans in order to fill the tire up with air and drive it home. To my demise, no tire repair location was willing to repair the tire due to the use of the aerosol repair fluid within the tire, and only provided the option for replacement. Some even insisted all four tires must be replaced as this was an all wheel drive vehicle. Unfortunately, the tires were all new and I was hoping for a better alternative. Amongst the 5 locations contacted, only Jesus at Gutierrez offered an alternative approach: to first clean the interior of the tire and make a more detailed assessment if patchwork could be done rather than just replace the tire. In conclusion, patchwork was a viable solution and the repair was performed at a reasonable cost and within only 30 min (troubleshooting, balancing, etc). This location is quite busy, and many customers show up as walk ins. Calling in beforehand might be the best to ensure timely repairs. Hope they can continue helping folks! read more

I needed a wheel alignment for my 2017 Nissan Juke. I called Gutierrez around 8:30 in the morning on Saturday and they told me go ahead and bring the car in. When I got there they told me I could wait and the service will only take about 20 minutes. They were true to their word in 20 minutes the vehicle was done. They did a great job. they were very knowledgeable, they shared information with me about my car. they asked me to come look at a couple of things while they were working on it. After reading the great reviews I decided to bring my car in for an alignment. The wait was short and the price quoteed was fair. The technician came back after setting up the car on the rack (5 min after arrival) and said the car is slightly out of spec. He said I probably wouldn't notice the difference in adjustment and if I did nothing, I would be charged $40, if a slight tweak was made then $80 full price. I agreed to the adjustment that took all of one minute. There seems.to be no flexibility on pricing here, watch out, you may be paying more than you need to. The experience just didn't feel right, I will drive elsewhere for my next alignment. And no, I am not asking for a refund, this is just a heads up to others in the Yelp community. read more

I was in need of a quick tire alignment on a Saturday evening, and feel lucky to have discovered Gutierrez Tires and Wheels! Jesus was super helpful when I arrived, and quickly took my car to run diagnostics on the tires. He offered to check first to see whether an alignment was necessary, asking probing questions to get to the root of the issue. After running the diagnostic tests with his team, he showed me the issues I was having with two wheels and even offered reasons why this might be happening! Super helpful. He aligned the tires, added air, and turned off my tire pressure warning that had recently come on. Everything was super quick and thorough. I can't wait to go back to other tire related needs, and he even mentioned that they do oil changes, too. 1000% recommend coming here especially Ladies. instead of just changing my tires and calling it a day this nice gentleman (i wish i got his name but he was avg height, glasses, rlly short hair) was educating me by telling me my two front tires had too much air and back tires had too little air and how much their supposed to have (last experience i had in a DIFFERENT tire shop the guys there were being super rude and laughed bc i had too little air in my back tires) but this gentleman was super nice and was caring about my safety. He also told me to come back in a week so he can check my tires out just in case they're losing air free of charge so that was even more helpful.
