Ft. Mill location: Food is okay , service was unpleasant, ambiance outside Tiny kid size portions. $16 including tip was definitely not worth it. Especially from the cold and unwelcoming personality the girl who took my order. The one who prepared it was nice. Too many reasons to never to Return. You want your money's worth go to Maui açaí food truck. About the same price for twice the amount and very nice people. Bigger bowls and not stingy. 6/22/24

I don't usually consider them for meals but every now and then when I am craving something sweet they hit the spot! Vitality Bowls is a chain originating out west that now has a home in Southend Charlotte at the Railyard development. Since my office is nearby, some coworkers and I decided to order ahead and walk over to enjoy our bowls. In addition to açaí bowls they offer sandwiches, wraps, smoothies, and other types of bowl/salads. The server was friendly and our food was ready and packaged to go when we arrived. I decided to go with the Nutty Bowl. No I admit I am somewhat of a novice when it comes to açaí bowls, but in the past when I get them, they usually come with a lot of toppings and drizzle that not only adds to the flavors and presentation, but makes the bowl more filling and dense. The bowl I received was perfectly tasty, it just felt a little bit underwhelming and underdone. It was light on the toppings and seemed like it was tossed together quickly. Now the simple explanation could be that since we made a larger order ahead of time the person making them may have been under pressure to finish each one faster before moving on to the next. I certainly want to go back by myself and order in the store to see how the bowl compares. I really did enjoy the blend they used for the base of the bowl and I can tell it was made using fresh ingredients. For what it's worth my coworkers all enjoyed their sandwiches as well. I will have to give it another shot

I wrote a separate review for that one, which was out of your mind amazing, and when I come back, there are so many other places I have to try. As a New Yorker we have our share of markets/food halls and OH fits the familiar script, with a slightly smaller footprint than what I've experienced. What never seems to change is that securing seating can be a challenge because all spots are "prime" real estate and the abundance of choices is an indecisive person's nightmare. Nonetheless, to all the foodies at heart those are just minor details for mere mortals... lol. We managed to grab a larger enough table and everyone circled until we made our individual choices and then returned to our central meeting spot to break bread and indulge in all of our finds. We enjoyed several of the eateries we experienced and I was particularly intrigued by the plant store (albeit kinda pricey). Return is a no brainer especially for the places that were most memorable. Just A Note: Parking is not free, payment is required. Please not depending on the time of day it can be crowded so securing a spot will require patience.

The ambience was a big highlight. Very green and chic and thoughtfully designed. If I hadn't been in a rush, I would have loved to stick around for a little bit. It's very instagrammable too. The prices were reasonable considering how great my sandwich was. MY only hiccup was finding the place! Google maps kept taking me around to the other side of the building by the Grand Bohemian garden). I wish the folding sign had been on the corner instead of in front of the building. Located just around the corner from the Grand Bohemian Hotel, this bright, plant-filled café offers a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The space is cozy, inviting, and surprisingly spacious, with plenty of tables, laptop-friendly outlets, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in for breakfast, lunch, or a productive work session. Whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or spending a few hours catching up on emails, ARBOL strikes the perfect balance between café and neighborhood gathering spot. My go-to order is the breakfast croissant paired with a latte, although their smoothies are equally delicious and worth exploring. The menu features fresh, made-to-order sandwiches, acai bowls, pastries, espresso drinks, and other thoughtfully prepared favorites that keep locals coming back. One of my favorite things about ARBOL is the atmosphere. The abundance of plants, natural light, and warm hospitality creates a space that feels both energizing and relaxing. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy a great meal, meet a friend, or simply take a moment for yourself. Validated parking is available, making a visit even easier if you're coming into Uptown. Life is too short not to eat well, Charlotte. If you find yourself downtown, take a detour into ARBOL Eatery, grab a latte, enjoy something delicious, and soak in one of Uptown's most charming hidden spots.
