I promise you're better off taking your business anywhere else. Imagine coming in for a test drive and sitting there for an extended period of time while they take a copy of your license. Working with a salesman who honestly couldn't care less about assisting us. Everything that people say about car salesman just wanting to make a sale is true here at Sport Cadillac. We finally get our licenses back and are led outside to see the vehicle. We get in and take the vehicle for 1 lap around the auto park and was told to head back to the dealership. That was it. That was the test drive. That's what we waited 45 mins to get our licenses back for. Unbelievably useless in this car buying process and the customer service just didn't exist. Take your business to Lindsay Cadillac where the service is consistent and they let you take cars out on the main road. read more

After visiting multiple shops and dealerships, this was by far one of the best experiences I've ever had especially with what has been a very difficult truck to own. Williy and Q (the service advisor and secretary) were absolutely amazing. Q helped me get assigned to Willy, and he's truly the best advisor I've ever worked with. My truck had recurring, hard-to-diagnose issues that other shops couldn't fully resolve. Willy was fully committed to finding the root cause and seeing it through to the end. He and the team including the technicians tested, confirmed, and re-confirmed everything. Anytime the issue resurfaced, they were right on it without hesitation. They remained patient and persistent until the problem was finally resolved. Now, the truck is driving great. And as Willy said, they are not perfect, but I can say with confidence that it won't be for a lack of 100% effort and care on their part if this or another issue were arise. These two, Willie and Q turned what had been a miserable ownership experience into an outstanding one. They both deserve recognition (and a promotion!) for their professionalism, dedication, and customer care. read more

Went and test drove a Lyriq about 10 days ago. Spent 2+ hours talking about options, etc. Bought a car here before. Paid cash last time and would again this time. One would think I'd be a credible customer worth responding to. Asked for pricing information on two specific Lyriqs about a week ago. Followed up with Kyle and Hope. No response. Radio silence. They advertise having 33 Lyriqs in stock (of total inventory of 109). Went and started over at another dealership and am happy that I did. What kind of clown show of a business can't be bothered to respond to potential repeat customers who say they are ready to buy and want pricing information? read more

Six months ago, I worked with Kramer at Sport Cadillac to special order a 2025 Escalade ESV for my wife, as I have done numerous times in the past. Fast forward to six months later, I receive a text from Kramer letting me know the vehicle has arrived. Unfortunately, due to Kramer's absence, there was some miscommunication regarding the pricing, but this was quickly resolved. Sport Cadillac ran my credit and obtained approval for financing through Bank of America. In an effort to expedite the process, I asked if there was anything else I needed to complete. Two steps remained: proof of insurance and finalizing the trade-in value. My wife promptly secured insurance, and we emailed the Certificate of Insurance to Sport, arranging a time for delivery. To summarize, at this point, I had my special-ordered Escalade financed, insured, and ready for delivery, with only the trade-in process left to finalize. Upon arriving at the dealership, I provided both my wife's and my driver's licenses. The trade-in vehicle was inspected, and I was introduced to a salesperson unfamiliar with my transaction. She insisted on knowing the payoff amount for the trade-in vehicle before providing its value--an unusual request. When I questioned the reasoning behind this, I was told, "This is how we do things." While skeptical of the process, I complied as it was late in the evening. The trade-in appraisal came back significantly lower than both my reserve and other offers I had received. When I questioned the discrepancy and referenced direct values from Kelley Blue Book, I felt rushed and dismissed. Already skeptical due to the demand for the payoff amount, I decided I would either keep my trade or explore other options for it elsewhere. At this point, I chose to step away for the evening and pick up the discussion with the Manager, Kyle, in the morning to ensure everything was handled properly. However, despite my calls and emails throughout the day, I received no response. That evening, I went to the dealership, only to find that my special-ordered Escalade--fully financed, insured, and paid for the year--had been sold to someone else. Needless to say, I was shocked and extremely disappointed by this experience. Not only have I lost the vehicle I spent months custom-ordering, but I am also now facing potential issues with a credit inquiry on my record and insurance I paid for a vehicle I no longer have access to. I expect a prompt response to address this situation and explore how this matter can be resolved. read more

The wait time to install a truck cover is insane I have been waiting now for 6 hrs and everyone knows it doesn't take that long to install a track cover Spoke with the manager soon after , he looked into the matter and was helpful in trying to assist me but my from 8:30 am appointment to leaving after 4:30 or 5:50 for a installation of a retractable cover for truck is difficult to understand. My conclusion is one or two things or a combination of both: 1 they didn't get started on my car until later or two the person working on my was really taken his time. read more

An update to my last review. I just looked through the car fax and saw that they did a tire rotation on my car, without letting me know. About a month later my rear left wheel broke loose. 3/5 of the studs broke clean off, the other 2 finger tight. After pulling over, jacking up the car, and inspecting, I saw that there wasn't a single tight lug nut on the entire car. They're lucky I was on a calm lonely road, with no traffic, and that my step daughter wasn't in the car... in total it was 300+ dollars in damage. If you want a reliable job done, for a reasonable price, go somewhere else. read more

Travel from Ohio to DC area for Christmas. Engine light comes on during travel. Ok let's wait till Monday to get it looked at so we can go home. No the best we can do is January 13 or 14 to look at it. Wondering why I bought a Cadillac thought service was a priority. Not at all.
