She is attentive, takes time to understand how you're progressing, and adjusts each treatment based on your current symptoms rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. What impressed me most is her thoughtful, patient-centered care. She's also willing to recommend other therapies, such as laser therapy or acupuncture, when she believes they may help your recovery. I've experienced significant improvement during both treatment periods. I also appreciate that treatments are provided in private rooms rather than in an open treatment area. The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful, but there are a few areas where the clinic could improve. Appointment confirmations are sent only by text (not email), massage appointments can be difficult to schedule, scheduling isn't centralized across multiple locations, and there isn't an online billing portal where patients can view invoices. I have used MTI Physical Therapy for two/three separate issues/injuries…read more Shoulder - Years back, I had a shoulder injury and worked with Michael Okada for about 2 months. He was able to diagnose some improper shoulder mechanics that eventually led to my injury and help me through a training program (and education) to strengthen and essentially re-teach my body to properly displace weight properly. My shoulder strength is much stronger now and I also now strength train with much better form when doing chest and shoulder workouts without the shoulder strain I used to get. Ankle pain - I went in for a Running Analysis with Robin McGuire. Two separate sessions, one for initial review and second for analysis and go forward plan. She was able to help diagnose certain areas that were lacking flexibility and strength that were causing a bit of ankle pain even in shorter 2-3 mile runs. With the training and strength program, it definitely helped me increase my runs and eventually get to the half marathon race I was aiming for 2 months later. Hamstring/Lower Leg Injury - Sadly only a month after my Half Marathon race (July 2025), I badly injured my leg/back due during a furniture moving accident. To the point where I was not even able to walk without intense pain or limping for about 2 weeks. I went back to Robin and we had to completely revamp my physical therapy program, as I still had hopes plans to do a Half Marathon in September, October, and then my first full Marathon in January 2026. Robin worked with me great, lots of education and helping diagnose a deeper variety of issues I had going on with my body mechanics that was beyond just the initial ankle injuries. A training program that modified as my mobility and strength built. Needless to say, I was able to do the two half marathons (first one was power walking), and actually run the entire Marathon in January which is impressive once again considering only 5-6 months prior I couldn't walk. The MTI Bellevue office has great hours and its a nice clean facility, front staff is always professional. Sessions always start on time. I highly recommend MTI Bellevue for any physical therapy and sports needs. I think all the team is great. I highly recommend Robin especially for anyone who is working on foundation/baseline for running.

Names that I used were already publicly available on the business website and in previous reviews and information I learned during an appointment was so generalized, there should be no issue there. I observe a lot going to a place as long as I did and there is a lot already posted on the internet similar to my experience. Whatever...I have revised and reposted my original review to reflect the owners wishes. I stand by the rating based on my experience, and will not be returning. This review is meant to make customers aware of some of the things that I have experienced so they can decide whether on not they want to do be a customer or not. I went to vitality for a few years. Unfortunately, Vitality has a lot of employee turnover and so I saw quite a few providers. Eventually, I started seeing Dr. Williams (the owner). Dr. Williams had a reputation as a top chiropractor but after a few appointments, I was a little disappointed in my experience with him. There are some negative reviews on Yelp from 8-10 years ago that accurately reflect the experience with him and I don't know why recent reviews are positive becuase nothing has changed. Given the owner's request of me to take down my negative review, and the positive review that was posted immediately after my original review, I strongly doubt the credibility of the postive reviews here. I am sure he has gone after other negative reviews the same way he has gone after me, which is probably why there are so few recent negative reviews. I could not describe my expereince with him any better than some of those old reviews, and I wish I had read those reviews prior to seeing him. He was often aloof, distracted and disheveled in his appearance. He complains a lot about his life. He gave a good adjustment, but it was always generic, rather than my targeting problem areas. I would have switched to the other chiropractor, but I did not have much faith that she would stick around given the trend. I am definitely not the only customer that has noticed the red flags and the decline in the experience. When I first started going to Vitality, you could barely find time on Dr. William's schedule (or any provider's schedule for that matter), which is why I initially saw the other chiropractor. Now, you can probably just walk in and be seen with no wait - that should give you pause before coming here. About a year ago, I first considered finding one of my former chiropractors as the appointments with Dr. Williams were becoming increasingly cringy, but Vitality requires you to see their chiropractor to use insurance for massage (which makes it even crazier to realize how many chiropractic appointment slots are available) and I was still getting great massages at Vitality even if it was not with my original provider. Otherwise I definitely would have left sooner. About a year ago, I was optimistic that things might improve, but long term, things only got worse. The mood of the office declined every time I came in, and employees looked more depressed and more burned out and it really made me wonder what was going on. I get people can have bad days at work, but this was clearly a trend and seemed to follow the declining trend of my chirpractor experiene.
