The quote I received was direct from your company over the phone. I'm happy to direct message you our text messages confirming the appointment, update on arrival (between 12-2) and confirming the work was complete, along with the invoice I received, because I do keep good records. I'm also happy to post them publicly if preferred (personal payment information redacted). Also happy to share the business card of the other gentleman for anyone that wants it. Really disappointed. I called for a quote based off their website offer, and said that it would be around $200. Sounds great! I assumed the price would be somewhere in the ballpark of the quote, but when the guy arrived he said it would be $500 to clean a couch. I pushed back and finally landed on $350. The gentleman that cleaned my sofa bad mouthed the company the whole time, saying his boss (whom I negotiated with) was a crook and I shouldn't work with him again. I was treated poorly and lied to! I was told by Mike that two rooms of wall to wall carpet would cost 500$ to clean. Two people came to my apartment and the team leader named Joe demanded 1800$. I asked him to please leave my home. He then countered with 1000$ for the entire job. I reluctantly agreed. Once the job began he told me I should pay 1500$. My couch was in need of a cleaning and while I am happy with the results - it's to be determined if all the extras are worth it. It did remove some visible stains. The guys who cleaned the couch were efficient and thoughtful, but they did leave my tub a bit messy (all the dirt that came out that residue remained in my bathtub) The guy quoted me $495 for a small sectional couch (4-seater) which I was in some sticker shock about. I'd advise asking for a quote over the phone before committing to the visit, so you have a better idea. He kept offering to "add" something in for free for cleaning, but I just moved and have no other furniture. It irked me that if I had a chair or rug then they would have included it in that $495 quote. I agreed to the deep shampoo cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing. He first offered an additional stain guard - fabric protector for an extra $100 and I wasn't going to budge. Noticing my hesitation and lack of enthusiasm - he decided to include it for free, so we'll see if it's worth it in the long run. I would just be mindful about them pushing their agenda and understand the cost of their service before committing. All in all they did do a good job and my couch is certainly cleaner than before. read more

Spotless Cleaners said they specialize in suede and high-end pieces. 4 months ago they totally ruined the sofa, despite an on-site visit to assure they can handle suede. The suede is now discolored and the sofa material flattened and shiny. Their cleaning service totally ruined my sofa. They have refused to issue any kind of credit or coverage, following service have been dismissive and "washed their hands" of any responsibility. I recently purchased two off-white barrel chairs. I ordered throw pillows and the fabric on the back is black. I never expected that the dye from the black fabric would rub off on my chairs.
