One of my nails wasn't the same length as the others so she suggested adding a tip. The nail salon was clean and organized. My total for dip was $45. If you want to add chrome it's an addition $15. The only negative I'll mention has to do with the color. While I love the color, I noticed there's some lighter spots throughout on my nails. They also offer a rewards card, after 5 visits you recieve $10 off.

Not relaxing at all and a lot of them were pedicure transformations which showed disgusting feet and toes. Very unappealing and made me uncomfortable. Then when I'm drying she is arguing with someone. Even my mom was appalled. She also argued with me about having gel or regular on my toes or not. I had DC regular polish on that I just did the day before so I didn't look stupid going in public. It's always hard to take off my big toes. And so she pulled the electric nail file out to take off and told me it would cost $10 to remove. I know I used regular polish and no lamp. lol. But she insisted. So a $40 pedi went to $50 in a snap. Way more than I wanted to spend. I thought maybe the massage would be worth it since all the videos talked about the massage. NOOOOO I felt like I didn't even get a massage at all. I told her I like lots of pressure and she literally looked at the other nail lady and laughed. Exchanged words. I didn't even get one. My mom says the same thing. I asked where Tammy was and Mia just said she wasn't there. Mia seemed to be in a terrible mood but agreed to do my pedicure. Shortly into the procedure she started taking her bad mood out on me! I have nice toes. No fungus or thick nails, and no ingrown nails. But Mia started digging out the sides of my toes. I asked her not to do that because it hurt. She continued and I left with bleeding toes. It took 5 weeks for the big toe on my right foot to heal completely. It took a week for my toe to quit bleeding completely. I am on blood thinners. I'm so angry I could spit. I have always been a good client who tipped around 30% on a regular basis, for years. But I will never step foot in there again. Oh, and I later found out that Tammy wasn't there because she had quit. No one shared that news. If you use Mia, you better hope she's not in a bad mood or mad at Romeo. Ugh.
