Do not come here! I found this place through social media. I booked with Susan and that was a mistake. She caused me to have extra irritation, swelling, redness and a chemical burn on my lash line due to placing glue on my eyelid. I booked with her to remove them and she had another colleague remove them. She had the audacity to ask if I wanted to check the lashes when I repeated said I wanted them off. DONT COME HERE! I'd usual get lashes by Susan one day she wasn't available and I was sent to Jenny although she was very nice I believe her work needs more practice. it was the most painful experience. with each lash that was applied, I felt glue spill into my eye(s) and all I was given was a fan to hold the entire application. The lashes themselves werent even applied properly, she put them under my actual lashes and glued them to my eyelid.. I went home with my eyes on fire, i woke up the next morning to my eyes completely sore, swollen and bloodshot. And the lashes didn't even look good.. I expressed it to Susan and she asked me to go back so another tech can remove them and give me a full refund And I can go back in a few days to get a new set (which I did not want to) I went back and it ended up being Jenny, I was uncomfortable. And she kept saying "but youre ok right? Nothing is wrong with you right?" She started the removal process and the amount of pain was excruciating and felt like a match was being held to my eye lids, and again, was given a fan to hold. my refund was also given to me. $150 In $1 and $2 bills which was wild. after the removal my eyes were still so red, sore and swollen, the following day I woke up with Stye's in both eyes. apologies for the lengthy review but I needed to share my experience read more

So I have used their services about 3times the first time I was blown away by my lashes that HER HUSBAND did , however my following appointments were with him and they were never the same as the fist set , they also have never ever lasted me more than a week as I don't think they use sealant . Decided to come get my lashes done here bc my regular lash tech doesn't do hybrid sets and I wanted to give it a try. I chose to have it done with Susan, as I assume she is the store owner and most likely the one with the most experience. Leaving the salon, I thought my lashes looked great when you look straight on. But as I looked closer, you can clearly see that the lashes on my inner and outer corners were not finished. When I close my eyes you can clearly see that the lashes are not completed on the lid. It is very obvious. I don't know why she decided not to complete my set, maybe she taped down my lashes accidentally and was too lazy to retape my lids? I reached out to her to have my lashes filled. No apologies about her mistake and was very rude when asking about coming in for her to finish the job that I had paid full price for. At this point, I just decided it would be best for me to remove the set and have it redone with my old lash tech. I completely lost trust to come back here. My lash tech said that Susan had glued the lashes down to the skin, and not to the individual lash like it is supposed to be done. Bc of this, it causes damage to the natural lashes. It doesn't allow them to naturally shed as they should. The pictures are all taken on the day after my appointment, and after being freshly cleaned. On top of the poor technique in application, you can also see that the "hybrid" fans are not fanned out at all. It looked like this when I left the salon, and just assumed I needed to wash them. Maybe if she didn't glue the lashes improperly, then they would fan out like supposed to. Very unprofessional. Waste of $125 plus tip. read more

Susan is an artist - I will give her that. She can bring any inspiration photo to life. I always felt so pretty leaving my appointments. The work looks incredible from a distance. However, I suspect she may be self taught and could benefit from lash tech training because she doesn't seem to isolate, uses too much glue, and almost always glues the lashes to the skin. She is also too rough with the eye - she occasionally pushes down on your lid to kind of flip your lashes up so she can get an overall view (other artists use a mirror or sit up high to get this view). She places the under-eye patch things with your eyes closed and doesn't check first to see if it's poking in your eye or causing your eyes to not be able to fully shut. I spoke up when this happened but after 3 adjustments I gave up. She rests her hands pretty heavily on your forehead and nose. Other techs I had were well trained and never did any of these things. It should be a very relaxing spa like experience, right? I wanted to give her this feedback but didn't want to come at her with a long list of critiques since I'm not a lash tech myself and I knew her work would still come out beautifully.... Last thing, she once used the toilet and did not wash her hands before touching me. She also never washes hands between clients. Sorry. I really do hate to write this because she is so talented. But I think folks deserve to know. read more

I would not recommend coming here for lashes. Although they do same day appointments, and are very quick, the quality of work is poor in my opinion. They glued the lashes to my skin instead of lashes which caused a lot of irritation. On top of that they glued one fan to multiple of my natural lashes. Im rating it a two instead of a one due to the staff being very nice and the parking not being bad at all, but after the lash tech was done with me and i opened my eyes, my eyes burned and i had to shut my eyes in my car for ten minutes for the burning to go away. after that it went away, but throughout the next few days i felt burning and a constant pain in my eyes, and whenever i would close my eyes it would feel like i was being stabbed by my lashes. i also noticed there was a clump on my left eye that wasn't done, so my set looked off all together. it lasted me a couple days before having to go to another lash place to get it removed. $200 (price of lashes, tip, and removal cost) down the drain :/ Update: Reached out to susan once she read my yelp review, and i asked her for a refund because the lash technician that removed my eyelashes said they used an excessive amount of glue and was too close to my skin thus the burning of my eyes - thank god i didn't go blind! susan offered only a 60% refund and told me only if i went by so she could see how badly my eyes were irritated after i told her i had them removed! why would i get a 60% refund when it was 100% their bad? read more

My experience at Spring Lashes & Brows is always a fantastic experience. Susan is the tech that I have seen on multiple occasions and every time she does an amazing job on my lashes! I have been a customer since 2019 and I am still happy with my lashes. My lashes last for a month and a half before I need a fill.
